Appearance: Minako has long, luscious blonde hair and dazzling blue eyes.  Her skin is pale, and she has a thin, in-shape figure.  She always wears a light application of make-up (mascara, eyeliner, gloss) and has perfect teeth.  She always wears the newest, most in-style fashions in order to keep her good reputation with the public eye.  She can pull practically anything off, so she doesn't have many boundaries when it comes to clothing.  She prefers summer clothes, such as shorts, skirts, tank-top, camisoles, sandals, and sundresses.  He wears her hair in an assortment of styles, but it known for always have a colored bow on the back of her head, keeping her hair out of her eyes.
Personality: Minako is very outgoing, competitive, and ambitious.  She always shoots for the stars, and makes the highest goals for herself.  She doesn't appreciate people who put her down, and tries not to let anything stand in the way of her happiness.  Her high expectations and dreams has caused her a great deal of disappointment, so she doesn't really like to depend on people.  She is very independent, but isn't afraid to step into a conversation and make herself known.  Minako tends to pile too much on her shoulders, and when this happens, she completely shuts down and turns into a hateful, confused recluse.  She is very witty and intelligent, but doesn't really apply herself when it comes to her schoolwork.  She doesn't believe in needing a man to make her happy, and suffices to keep her love life out of the picture.  She would much rather meddle with others' love lives, matchmaking and determining who is made for each other and who isn't.  She is very girly, and tends to belive in fairytales and fate and whatnot, and is very gullible.  She goes by the phrase, "Everything happens for a reason."  Minako's high stakes and ambitions caused her to look past what was truly important and make a deal with Kyubey.  She gave up her normal teenage life for the fame and fortune she always wanted, not realizing that all magic comes with a price.  In exchange for her idol status, Minako became a magical girl and was forced to fight witches.  She regrets her decision constantly, and she has trouble balancing her fame with her duty.  Her stress level and attempts to stay happy for her fans are taking their toll on her, and she is beginning to give up.
Any Unique Abilities/Skills: Minako is a very talented singer and dancer, along with being a strong athlete.  She is flexible, agile, and extremely good at volleyball.  She has quick reflexes, and a strange knack for picking out "soul mates."

History: Minako grew up with her mother and father, who were both not very supportive when it came to Minako's dreams.  She would constantly tell them of her wishes to join choirs and dance teams, but they always shrugged her aside.  Her father would only be interested when it came to her athletics.  The Aino family was very distant from each other, and they acted as if they weren't family at all, in Minako's opinion.  She grew up feeling alone and neglected by the two people she loved most, and she was forced to raise herself into the person she is now.  As Minako entered her teen years, she found herself getting more and more distant from her parents, and hardly ever converses with them.  They are always gone, out working or at a dinner party or something along those lines.  
Minako was raised in a life of luxury, because her parents were successful attorneys.  A nice home, a good weekly allowance, good clothing, nights out, etc. were all a part of Minako's daily life.  But she soon grew tired of the lack of attention she received from her parents, and actually began to deny the things they offered her.  Her independence only increased, and as she began to be ridiculed both at home and at school for her dreams, Minako found herself completely alone.  She was content with this, however - being alone was the only way she could go without being hurt.  
Shortly after reaching this realization, when Minako was fourteen, she came across Kyubey, a strange creature who seemed to appear from out of nowhere.  When Kyubey claimed that she could grant Minako any wish she wanted, Minako was quick to oblige.  She had dreamed and imagined all her life of what it was like to be an idol, and without thinking, she accepted the contract.  Her soul was given to the Incubator, and her life was now constantly on the line.  She became a magical girl.
Her obvious wish was to have fame.  To be the one all of the little girls looked up to, the one who's voice is constantly playing on the radio, the one who is on the cover of every magazine and talked about in everyone's day-to-day conversations.  She so desperately wanted to prove everything wrong and achieve her ultimate goal, and Kyubey lived up to her promise.  The next day, Minako went to school and discovered that she had been made into one of the most renowned J-Pop idols in all of Japan, and she suddenly had everything she ever dreamed of and more.  Everyone loved her and complimented her, asking about her career and how she got her success, all the while begging her to sign any item they could find.  Overwhelmed and overjoyed, Minako left school and realized she had been receiving calls and text messages from her apparent manager.  Her life became infused with concerts, autograph conventions, studio recordings, photo shoots, fashion lines, and so much more.  She was finally able to share her talent with the world.
But, as always, all magic comes with a price.  This perfect career Minako had gained cost her dearly, and she was forced to become a magical girl and risk her life to save the people of Earth.  There were constant threats, almost daily, by evil beings called witches.  Minako had no choice but to fight these beings in order to keep her Soul Gem going strong and to sustain her life.  Not only that, but her career was extremely stressful.  Not feeling the need to finish high school, Minako dropped out and centered her focus on her music.  Her parents kicked her out at this, and she bought her own place with her massive amount of income.  She lived alone in a large, two story home, furnished colorfully in order to keep the sadness away and adopting a white cat which she named Artemis.  The stress of Minako's career began to take its toll.  Performing at least once a week, recording albums, and having interviews all while trying to hide her identity as a magical girl was extremely stressful and tiring, and Minako found herself practically collapsing by the time she arrived home every night.  She begged Kyubey for her old life back, or some sort of counter-deal, but the creature refused, claiming it had given her what she wanted.
Knowing there was no way out, Minako pushed on, trying her best to maintain her perfect image and fight any evil that threatened the peace.  Over time, she became very good at balancing her two lives, but by the time she became sixteen, Minako found that she was rarely happy.  Her life was like a boring routine - fight evil, sing, fight evil, photo shoot, fight evil, autographs, fight evil, sleep, fight evil, and so on and so forth.  Every night, she would wish upon the same star for her life back, or for someone to help her through the struggles of her everyday life, but every day, her wish never came true.

Other Noteworthy Facts: Minako is a Libra, with a blood type of B.  Whenever she happens to get free time, she watches romantic movies and satisfies her Starbucks fetish.

Storyline Specific Information:

[Advanced] Puella Magi Usagi Magica - Minako has spent the last two years of her life as a J-Pop idol and magical girl on the side.  She has lost every bit of faith that she would get her normal life back, and has completely disobeyed herself from getting close to anyone.  She trusts no one but herself, and works alone when it comes to her fighting.  But then again, there was never anyone else to fight with.  At least, that's what she thought, until four other girls appear, seeming to have the same abilities as she.

Magical Girl Form:

Powers: Minako's powers focus around metal, melee, and physical combat.  She is able to form any weapon made from any kind of metal, but she mainly uses her self-named Holy Blade.  She can form metal barriers, shields, anything she desires.  However, forming large objects, such as barriers, takes a lot of strength.  

Weapons or Magical Items:
Holy Blade - This sword is not really considered "holy", it is just a term given by Minako to her favorite weapon.  She deems it holy because it is used to vanquish evil.  The blade is made of stainless, indestructible titanium and the hilt is a deep auburn shade.  Intricate carvings of sacred Japanese text are engraved along the flat part of the blade, and it is extremely heavy to anyone except for Minako.
Soul Gem - This heart-shaped jewel is the color of liquid gold, and shimmers in the sunlight.  It is what gives Minako her powers and allows her to sustain life.

RP Sample: "I got it I got it!"

A young blonde teen leaped into the air, swinging her arm forward and spiking the large white volleyball with all her might.  It sped towards the opposite team, hitting the ground just before a member of the opposing team could get to it.  The buzzer went off, and the score changed from 10-10 to 11-10.  The home team won.

Cheers erupted throughout the gymnasium as the blonde freshman was lifted off her feet, carried by her fellow teammates as they cheered.  State championships were finally theirs.  Looking towards the crowd, she pumped her fist into the air, hoping that her father saw that last move.

"Mi-na-ko!  Mi-na-ko!  Mi-na-ko!"

The triumphant shouts of her teammates and audience was all the girl heard throughout the rest of the evening.  They ceased to die down until the confrontation with her father that night sent her hopes crashing down.  

She entered her house that night with a broad smile on her face, her face aglow with happiness and the championship trophy in her arms.  She set it down by the staircase and entered the living room, where her father was sitting on the couch reading a newspaper.  He didn't even look up at her as she entered.

"Hey Dad," she said, leaning against the door frame.

"Hello, Minako," he said, not paying her any mind.  Confused, the teen approached her father and sat down beside him.  

"What'd you think of that last spike?" she said, smiling again.  

The dark-haired man closed his magazine and removed his glasses, placing them in his shirt pocket.  "Very nice," he said, standing and going to the kitchen.  Shocked, Minako followed him, anger spiking within her.

"Very nice?  That's it? I spiked a ball and won the game.  Does that mean nothing to you?" she snapped.  

"You made a point," he stated.  Minako froze.

"Is that really all you care about?"

"You could have done better."

He grabbed a granola bar and left her standing alone in the cold room.  Tears filled her eyes, falling down her cheeks before she could stop them.  Her shoulders began to shake as her hopes crashed to the floor.  Sinking to her knees, the distraught teen wrapped her arms around herself and allowed the sobs to seep through her mouth.  She had failed.  Again, she had disappointed the man she loved most and caused him to see negativity in her.  

But she had tried her hardest.  There was no doubt about that.  From the redness of her face to the seven empty water bottles in her gym bag, it was evident that Minako had tried her hardest.  But that wasn't enough.  It was never enough.  Her father didn't care.  He didn't care enough to love her, to smile at her and tell her that she did well.  There was no, "I'm proud of you."  No, "I love you."

His simple, elegant designs are eye-catching and revolutionary, which is why they caught the attention of one beautiful young woman. After seeing his designs for the first time, the woman was drawn to his shows and compelled to buy each and every one of his masterpieces. She fell in love with his beautiful designs and eventually, the designer himself. After meeting him for the first time backstage after one of his shows, the woman captured his heart and vice versa. The two delved into a secret, passionate romance that ended abruptly one day when she left him out of the blue. Nine months later, she returned cradling a small, beautiful baby girl in her arms. She asked him to take care of their child, and he promised he would love her just as much as he loved her mother. Confident in his parenting abilities, the woman left, never to be seen by the man or their daughter again. The girl was named Minako, and she grew to be a beautiful, confident, charming young lady. All her life, she wondered the truth regarding her mother's identity, but her father would only tell her that her mother loved her with all her heart. As she grew up, Minako came to realize that she was very persuasive, and it was almost impossible for someone to tell her no. The only person capable of resisting her charm was her father. When Minako was 14, her school was attacked by a Greek monster that seemed to be targetting her. Minako was saved by a white satyr named Artemis. After being forced to tell her father a quick good-bye, Minako was dragged to Camp Half-Blood where she would be safe.

Minako's history teacher stood by her desk, shaking his head and rolling his eyes before moving on to continue passing out papers. "I graded based on performance, Ms. Aino, you'll just have to deal with the grade you received," the teacher responded flatly. With a huff, Minako slumped down in her seat. She could hear the snickers of the girls sitting behind  her, which only further incited Minako's determination. She stood abruptly and pranced over to her teacher's desk, pressing her palms on the surface and leaning forward. "Mr. Homura, I'm begging you. You have no idea how much this means to me. Please, I need this grade. Could you...give me a small exception? I promise I can do any extra assignments you ask me to." As Minako spoke, her voice became much smoother and her eyelashes began to flutter. Mr. Homura looked up and was about to turn her away when he paused, meeting Minako's eyes. There was a small pause, and the teacher finally spoke:

"Alright, Aino-san. But just this once. Don't expect this to be an every-day thing. I expect improvement."

Minako squealed and took her teacher's hand, shaking it happily. "Thanks so much!" she chirped. Feeling triumphant, Minako walked back to her desk and winked at the girls who were previously laughing at her. They could only stare, mouths agape.

Eros Alysida - This is Minako's signature weapon. It is a long, golden chain, but the links are shaped like hearts. She can use it as a lasso or a whip. When wrapped around someone, Venus can gain control over them (depending on how strong the enemy is). It can also cause extreme pain if someone is hit by it.
Pugio - This small dagger was used in Ancient Rome. Minako had her own that she keeps on her hip for throwing and hand-to-hand combat.
Special Abilities: Minako is a gifted daughter of Venus because she has the rare ability called Charmspeak. It is a rare type of hypnotism that cause others to do as Minako commands. She is also extremely flexible, agile, and quick on her feet. Minako is a born leader and she has confidence in everything she does.

Storyline Specific Information:

[Relaxed] Sailor Art Online - It is the year 2015, and finally the world's most anticipated MMORPG, Sailor Art Online, has just been released. Thousands of players from all over the world are excited to enter the Silver Millennium, an artificial world covered in monsters, weapons, unique scenery, and most importantly, adventure. Only a limited amount of lucky individuals were able to score a copy of the game, and the launch is being covered on news stations worldwide. The game is activated using the Nerve Gear, a virtual reality helmet that stimulates the user's five senses via their brain. On the day of the game's release, thousands of citizens all over the world slip into their Nerve Gear and enter the astonishing world of the Silver Millennium. But unknown to them, the person behind the Silver Millennium has other plans for them. While in the game, the players realize that the log out button has been removed from their menus, and they are unable to leave the game. This causes panic all throughout the game. Players are taken by surprise when a bell rings, summoning them all to the main city in the game. Once all players have assembled, a strange figure shrouded in dark clouds appears, telling them that they are all stuck in the game until they beat all 100 floors of the game's main dungeon: D Point. The figure also reveals that if the players try to remove their Nerve Gear, or if someone in the outside world removes it, the Gear's microwave transceivers will fry the player's brain and kill them. Additionally, if they die in the game, they die in real life. This news sends the players in the Silver Millennium into complete chaos, all fearful for their life. Despite the fear of impending death, a group of hopeful, determined players decide to join together to try and beat the game, but there are huge risks to making such an attempt. Minako is one of these players, and she finds it very hard to cope with what is happening. The thought of dying because of a video game brings her to tears, and it's all she can do to keep her head up and be strong for her new friends. Being the leader she is, Minako attempts to help her group in any way she can, and she refuses to let anyone die on her watch. Who will make it to the 100th floor, and what will be lost along the way?

Additional Information: Minako grew up in a stable home with loving parents. She isn't very good in school, but isn't a failing student, either. She isn't a super crazy gamer, but she does love to play video games in her free time. Racing games are her games of choice, but she's pretty flexible and adaptable. Minako is very good at sports, especially volleyball.  She has a beautiful singing voice and is a great dancer as well.

She had gone through so much trial to get the game in her hands, and she was not about to let her stubborn parents take it away.

But now launch day was here, and she wasn't going to worry about them. In just hours, she would enter one of the most highly-anticipated video games the world has ever seen, and she was going to meet people from all over the world. She wasn't big on playing RPGs, but how could she not jump the bandwagon here? Rumor had it that the winners of the game became royalty, so that was the goal she was going to shoot for.
