So, my idea for Otaku Sailor Senshi relates back to the first season in the anime of Sailor Moon. When the Queen used the Silver Crystal to trap the Youma away, what she didn't realize that when she used the power to "destroy" the evil Youma, she created Sailor Senshi as well based on those crystals in their own form.

The seven Sailor Senshi are...
Sailor Almandi (Almandite; Red)
Sailor Corun (Corundum; Blue)
Sailor Cymoph (Cymophane; Yellow)
Sailor Ameth (Amethyst; Purple)
Sailor Kyan (Kyanite; Light Blue)
Sailor Citri (Citrine; Orange)
Sailor Ensta (Enstatite; Green)


Their transformation phrase would be "_____ Aura Power, Make-Up!"

1. I think the general idea it's pretty original, I like it!

2. How about putting the entire mineral name to the senshi? I think it sounds more badass...and maybe changing Corundum, sounds like a dermatological disease to me

3. The powers: do you have any ideas for the powers for each senshi? Since they're 7, how about something chakra-related?

Yeah each Chakra has its force so it would be a good idea to use that as a basic idea since you are also thinking about transformation phrases such as ``________ Aura Make-up!``

I was thinking, if your having trouble PG13-ing Citri's powers, you can brainstorm them...I mean, the orange chakra is about reproduction, how about giving her the power of making inanimate things come to life?

Yeah, it's very basic, but that thought came to me while I was brushing my teeth, don't be so strict

I'm not going to be strict at all. My brain is a little fried and when I feel refreshed, the ideas will flow easier to me.

why not make them the original senshi's rivals or semi evil?

I don't imagine them as evil or even rivals. I feel as though they were created from the opposition of the evil.
