Hey guys! I really hope this is okay to post...

The second I saw them, I was super excited about the gashapon cameos and wanted to turn one or two of them to silver. Namely, I wanted Mars and Serenity. Well... I found someone who'll do it for me and several other people in our Romanian fanclub thingy. Anyway, the question was: WOULD ANYONE BE INTERESTED IN JOINING in on the order? 

We don't have a price yet because we don't know how many will have to be made - and which characters. So in the next week we're asking interested parties, and after that we'll have an approximate price for you. Right now the price is around 70$ a piece - if you're like, the only person getting that character done. Hopefully, the price will lower to around 40$ if my friend gets enough orders... It may also depend on the popularity of the character. For example, Serenity and Moon have the highest chances of getting a lower price, because well... main characters. However, Tuxedo Mask might be an unpopular choice.

Again, this is a "bootleg", fan-made project - it's the gashapon cameos cast in silver to wear as a pendant, NOT official merch.

So... anyone in? And if so, which character(s) would you be joining for?

UPDATE: Okay, so after the post went up this morning, the numbers are:

12 Serenity
4 Moon
1 Mercury
4 Mars
2 Jupiter
2 Venus
2 Tuxedo

We'll be closing the list next Monday and some people may back out - but some may join along the way

This is really awesome! I, unfortunately, don't have the money to be spending on things like this (such sad ;- but! They look amazing! I hope you guys get enough people interested so that you can go forward with this idea and get the best price <3 Good luck!

Thanks Diana!  And yes, I absolutely get you. At the moment I have a small fund saved up for the Banpresto figures, and these pendants go beyond that Sailor Moon budget and it makes me a bit fidgety too  

At the moment I was doing some general calculations and if not too many people retreat then the price will be okay - in the 40-50$ area. Of course, for international orders we'll also have to consider shipping costs, so...

But yeah. For now I think Serenity's super safe. And Mars is also safe because I want that one and I'll finance the mold myself even if all of the other interested parties back out ). I'm surprised Mercury is so unwanted - and equally surprised that there were people interested in Tuxy

So it's $40 - $50 per cameo?

Yup, that's where we're hoping to get. Plus shipping fees - if you're interested I'll have to check those out.

And to update the cameo situation, here are the numbers for now:

13 Moon;
2 Mercury;
5 Mars;
3 Jupiter;

That's 45 so far, though I do expect some will back out since this is just the first list.
