Crystal Tokyo festivals are filled with crazy events - including pairing random people together to participate in a scavenger hunt! Will Sailor Io and Sailor Juno be able to work together well enough to be the first to work through the scavenger hunt and find the prize?

Set the scene and begin! (btw, you guys get to decide on the goals of the hunt and the prize, yaaay)

Sailor Io didn't get as excited over festivals as her other team members did, but she still appreciated a good party, and Crystal Tokyo had some of the best festivals around. It would have been a shame to not go at all and miss the top quality music, the games and the food. 

And so here she was, walking around the street that was now crowded with vendors and people dressed in their event worthy clothing. Festivals around here spread across the entire city, consuming all of Crystal Tokyo in the celebration. Io hadn't bothered putting a yutaka or anything on, deciding that her uniform as a senshi was fine enough. Besides, people were used to seeing senshi around in this age. 

She saw a large group gathering in one of the emptier squares, and wandered over to see what was up. She caught someone mention the word contest, and was immediately interested. She hadn't played a really competitive game all night, and she was dying to win at something that didn't just earn her another stuffed animal. She was running out of people to give them too... It turned out to be a Scavenger Hunt, where everyone would be paired up with someone randomly and given a set of items to find based on clues. 

"I wonder who I'm gonna get paired with?" Io said, standing off to the side after signing up. They were going to announce the match ups and hand out the list soon...

Crystal Tokyo festivals were always a heck of a lot of fun, Sailor Juno noted as she wandered around the festival. PallaPalla trailed behind her in civilian form, happily clutching at least a dozen stuffed animals, all of them won by Juno. The green-haired Senshi killed at these games. Why wouldn't she? Not only was she the Senshi of Strength, but also the star athlete at the high school she and the other members of her team attended. And at the festival, it showed. The dart game? Bullseye. The basketball game? Perfect shots. She was sorely tempted to use her senshi powers for the hammer game, but still got a good score (and a stuffed animal) without them. The only game she didn't win was that stupid rubber duck game, where physical prowess was useless.

By now, Juno had played pretty much every game that required strength or athletic skill. She considered looking for VesVes or CereCere, but both were probably with their other friends. She briefly considered detransforming as well, before an announcement piqued her curiosity.

A contest.

Juno wondered what sort of contest. A cake-eating contest or something of the like sounded silly, but a sports game would be right up her alley.

She and PallaPalla gathered in with the crowd, where it was announced that the contest was a scavenger hunt. Not bad, thought Juno. I could get behind that. The prize was announced to be a huge cake, and she instinctively glanced at PallaPalla. Sure enough, the blunette was giving her her best puppy-dog eyes. Juno sighed; she could never resist this look.

"I'll get you that cake; don't worry," she told her, and PallaPalla took on a look of pure glee.

"Oh, thank you, JunJun! PallaPalla appreciates you so, so much!"

Juno smiled at that, and looked back to the announcer. Apparently people would be paired up randomly, and as she signed up, she wondered who she'd be paired up with.

After a few more minutes of the stragglers hurrying to sign up, the pairings were put up on an electronic board for everyone to see. Sailor Io scanned for her own name, and saw that she was partners to another senshi. She guessed the contest organizers thought it would be funny to stick them together, but she didn't mind it. It'd probably give them kind of an unfair advantage, but if they were okay with that... But now she had to look for this Sailor Juno. It shouldn't be hard to pick a senshi out of the crowd, and Io soon spotted a hint of a green fuku among the people. She pushed her way through before she could lose her target. 

"Hey, are you Sailor Juno?" she asked, approaching Juno and PallaPalla. "Apparently you're my partner. I'm Sailor Io." Come to think of it, she could have sworn she'd seen this senshi before. Maybe on the news? Wait, wasn't she one of the Princess's guard? That explained the familiarity. And how could she forget that crazy hair style?

OOC:

Juno scanned the electronic board, curious to see who she was partnered up with. Apparently it was with someone named Sailor Io. Though she never met the Senshi, her name sounded familiar--definitely one she'd heard about while being tutored by Mercury. "A Galilean Senshi?" she mused. "Nice."

There were a few Senshi in the crowd. One of them had to be Io. At this moment, she wished she paid more attention during those Senshi History classes--she had no idea what Sailor Io looked like, not even what color to look for.

But it turns out she didn't even have to look, as a Senshi with an orange, purple, and white fuku approached her. "Yeah, that's me," Juno replied with a bit of a grin. "I'm Sailor Juno. Nice to meet ya!" She held out a hand for Io to shake, then glanced at the boards again.

"So, partner, any idea what to do now? I mean, they haven't exactly told us where to go..."

"Likewise." Sailor Io shook her hand. At least she didn't seem the stuck up type. As soon as Juno wondered what to do next, someone came over and handed them a set of directions, a list of items, and a small brown sack. 

"According to this, we start off with the clues on this paper and try to find the objects they're talking about. All of the stuff we need is hidden somewhere on this street, around the festival." Io said. "This shouldn't be too hard, unless the items are in weird places. The first riddle is this..." She showed Juno the paper.

I look at you, you look at me, I raise my right, you raise your left. 

Answer:

"I raise my right, you raise my left?" Juno repeated quizzically, arching an eyebrow. "I have no clue." She paced back and forth, her hand on her chin. "Maybe we should look around the festival and see if anything could fit the description?"

I look at you, you look at me. Can't she just run and jump and somersault her way through this scavenger hunt? No one said ANYTHING about riddles. Riddles and mind exercises were definitely not Juno's strong point. She was definitely more of a physical person, and way more street-smart than book-smart.

"You good at riddles?" Juno asked Io. "Or should we look around the festival for something that might fit the riddle?"

Sailor Io shrugged and looked at the sheet of paper again. "Well, I'm good at puzzles, and I guess riddles are just word puzzles when you think about it." She closed her eyes in thought and leaned against a wall. This was the first riddle, it had to be easy, right? She just had to stop and look at it the right way.

"I raise my right and you raise your left. I look at you, you look at me. Whatever it is, it copies things, except in reverse. Is that ringing any bells for you?" Io asked. She almost had it now, the answer was right there on the tip of her tongue.
