She was guarding the door and fell asleep-allowing the unknown person to slip the bag with their transformation items inside. She didn't particularly wake up to anything-though I can see her jolting awake by a stone or something small-and just kinda had her extreme response from there.

Kk! Makes sense now. I'm trying to decided if Hotaru would be the one to notice the package or not the next morning. What do you think of Haruka falling asleep after sunrise being a usual occurrence? I feel like it's something Hotaru would find endearing about her father figure even after all the desperate times, like a routine of seeing Haruka asleep in the morning after a night of guarding the door.

How about the two of them together? Hotaru comes out and notices Haruka in distress, then goes to open the door and SURPRISE YOU GOT YOUR PENS BACK!

Do we know that's what's in the package for sure (out-of-character of course)?

Also, what about a hybrid? Haruka and Hotaru discover the package together the next morning

That way the others are more likely to be awake rather than everyone being jolted out of a dead-asleep phase by H&H upon opening the package.

I think MMR told us in the thread somewhere what was in the package, so it's definitely pens, I think. ^^

Correct! Transformation items are in the package. The next step for all of us is to find the package, discover its contents, and make the decision over whether or not they will become senshi again.

Okay, I didn't have time to mention this, but here we go:

All items are in the box. So yeah, Mercury Computer, Talismans, etc. HOWEVER, they are weaker than the originals. So the Space Sword can only be used for physical attacks - no Space Sword Blaster or anything like that. It's just like a regular sword. The Mercury Computer can still analyze things and process information, but it cannot be used during battle. It does not scan areas for enemy readings - it's basically like a research computer. Ami can insert data into it and have that data run through the moon's database, but other than that it's useless (I hope that makes sense). For the Deep Aqua Mirror, I'm thinking of just having it reveal true forms, but nothing else. 

Saturn's Glaive automatically comes with the fuku and its fully powered. Just in case that was a question

Edit: The real wands were destroyed. They no longer exist, but the real items do exist. The Talismans are indestructible, so they are under lock and key in the Hypothesis Headquarters (trying to come up with a better name for what they transformed the palace into...). The real Mercury Computer is hooked up to the Hypothesis main database, since it's full of so much information and capabilities. 

There will be missions in the future that involve the retrieval of these items

My plan is to have the mysterious figure return to the home every night (or few nights, depends on the mission), with a new mission for the girls to complete. If anyone comes up with any ideas, feel free to share!

Well, that throws off my mojo haha. Guess poor Haruka's gonna find out the hard way.

Yeah same here. Or could they BE the old ones, but kinda refurbished so they don't quite work the same?

They are brand new, but they are exact replicas. Thus why it took twenty years for them to arrive xD.

Okay, brainstorming time! 

Now that I'm finally getting back into the swing of things, I'd like to ask you guys for ideas on what should happen next. I was thinking that the senshi could have some sort of debut in the Hypothesis capital, where they do something cool and basically show off to let the Hypothesis scientists know that they haven't disappeared. 

In case I forgot to mention this before, the citizens of Hypothesis have no knowledge that magic even exists. They were all brainwashed when Crystal Tokyo was taken over. So memories of Cyrstal Tokyo and the senshi are completely gone. 

Does anyone have any ideas they would like to share about the next step? I do have missions I want the girls to complete, but I do want to let you guys put in your own input before we start the action  

ALSO, I am considering putting Mars up for grabs. If anyone wants to claim her, let me know  If not, I'm going to make a Request Thread for her and see if anyone else wants to jump in.

Maybe the senshi damage an important government building in Hypothesis, make sure that as many people see it as possible, and then run off before they get caught? Like, they carve a giant crescent moon symbol into a wall or something. They leave a big, hard to erase sign behind that shows the senshi are still unified.

YES OMIGOSH WE NEED A RESISTANCE SYMBOL!

Should the senshi find a better place? Like in the old Silver Millenium palace or something on the moon an excuse to use Sailor Teleport perhaps)

That's be a cool temporary training area, but wouldn't they need food and water? They'd have to come back to Earth frequently.

Was the training meant to last for a long time? I thought they'd just do a quick test for like an hour or two xD

I was thinking if we're following manga/Crystal canon, Mercury does have that Hyperspatial something-Sphere ability that can create a void for them to battle in apart from reality... somehow o.o
