Appearance:
Nehelenia is portrayed as a beautiful woman. She has a purplish tint to her skin. She has grayish eyes and her ears are pointed. She has beautiful midnight purple hair that is wavy and cascades down to the ground. She also wears part of her hair in two buns on top of her head, much like Usagi and Queen Serenity. She wears a black headpiece that resembles an eye with a white small lightning bolt like shape coming out at the top and 2 silver moons and one gold moon. Her earrings match the moons math the moons on her headpiece and she wears a choker with black balls on the top and the bottom and has gold vertical bars in between. Her choker also has 4 gold bars that extend out with black balls at the bottom. She wears a strapless greenish balck and cream white dress that is floor length. She also wears sleeves that are separate from her dress that are a blackish green color.




 
Personality:
 Nehelenia is a villain out for revenge. She is also envious of beautiful girls and will consume their dreams to help keep her young. She was jealous of Queen Serenity and the prosperity the White Moon Kingdom had and wanted to make the moon kingdom hers. Nehelenia is also determined to gain control over the whole universe. She couldn’t appreciate those around her who complemented her beauty, there were people who cared about Nehelenia, but all the wanted was to be young forever and rule the universe. Her goal was not to become the ugly woman in the mirror she saw, she would not allow that future to come true. Nehelenia is also someone who can be manipulative when she needs to be  and she does not like it when people feel sympathetic towards her. As time progressed Nehelenia grew lonelier and lonelier. Her loneliness led her to her villain identity. She felt rejected by those around her and after Queen Serenity sealed her in a mirror, Nehelenia realized that one day she would get revenge and seal away those who harmed her into mirrors just like she had been.
 
Any Unique Abilities/Skills:
Nehelenia can shoot energy waves of darkness and spiderlike threads, she is also invincible to almost all attacks thrown at her. She is also able to steal people's dream mirrors, and can trap people in mirrors.
 
History:
Silver Millennium
During the Silver Millenium, Nehelenia was the queen of an ancient kingdom on an asteroid. Due to a revelation of the future from her mirror she began to consume the dreams of people around her to help keep her young. This is also when Zirconia was created to help ease Neheleina’s fears of becoming ugly. This was also when the Dead Moon Circus was formed.  During this time the White Moon Kingdom was prosperous and Queen Serenity was filled with a time of happiness, she wanted to make the white moon kingdom hers until she heard about the Golden Crystal and its holder Helios. If she obtained these objects not only would she (in her mind) be able to have the White Moon, but she would be able to control the entire universe. Due to her evil intentions she was sealed away by Queen Serenity.
 
SuperS
During this time Nehelenia commanded those of the Dead Moon Circus from behind a mirror, her pawns (the amazon trio and quartet) searched for the keeper of beautiful dreams. Eventually they found Pegasus in Chibiusa’s dream. Nehelenia forced Helios to return to his body, which in the process crushed Chibiusas’ dream mirror. After a battle with the sailor senshi, Nehelenia’s true ugly form is revealed and she is resealed in the mirror on the new moon.


Stars
Nehelenia is re-awoken by Sailor Galaxia who frees her from the dream mirror and gives her the task of awakening Sailor Saturn’s star seed. Nehelenia also wants revenge on Sailor Moon and after please from Galxia, Nehelenia shatters her own dream mirror, sending the fragments to the Earth and the pieces struck people and cast them under her spell. Mamoru fell victim to Nehelenia’s spell and ended up getting kidnapped by Nehelenia and Sailor Moon had to go rescue him. Nehelenia used this to her advantage as it got not only Sailor Moon to come to her castle, but all the other senshi come as well, and eventually Nehelenia traps all of them but Sailor Moon in mirrors. Nehelenia wanted to make Sailor Moon hate her, she was angry with Sailor Moon for sealing her back in the mirror but when Sailor Moon refuses to hate her and in turn forgives Nehelenia and persuades Nehelenia to let go of all her anger, Nehelenia is able to realize how much love and kindness she was never shown in her life and she is given a second chance at life. Sailor Moon sends her back to her childhood and Nehelenia wakes up as a child thinking the whole thing was a dream and she asks one of her subjects to read her a bedtime story.

Storyline Specific Information:
Light and Darkness
In this story Nehelenia has been watching the White Moon Kingdom prosper for years. She has watched with envy as her kingdom flourishes, but there is something that Nehelenia has noticed about the moon princess. She has noticed that the child looks on at the senshi with the same envy she looks at Queen Serenity with. Even from her Dark Moon Kingdom Nehelenia can sense the child’s desire to be a senshi, but she can also tell that it is not a life Queen Serenity wants for her daughter. Nehelenia takes advantage of this opportunity to plan to take advantage of the small moon princess’ desires. Nehelina decides to plan her attack slowly so everything will work, she will send her minions to the moon to begin to corrupt Princess Serenity’s mind and when the time is right Nehelenia will descend down to the moon and convince the princess that she can give her the senshi powers she has so longed for. Princess Serenity will become a senshi for Nehelenia and will help her take control over the white moon and will destroy whoever gets in her way. Nehelenia will give the princes powers similar to her own just not as strong as her own.

Nehelenia sat on the chair in her governing room. All had been quiet for quite some time, but she sensed a great energy. She pulled up her communicator screen to hone in on its source and when she saw the girl with the hair like the Queen’s, Nehelenia had no doubt that she was a descendant of the white moon. She watched as the girl smiled with a young man as she walked down the street and stuffed her face with a donut. Nehelenia slammed her fists down on the desk as she shouted, “Prepare to pay for all the damage your ancestors caused me many years ago when Queen Serenity ruled the white moon kingdom.” “I will not be defeated again, prepare to crumble and pay for all the torment I have been caused all these years.”

Looking good! Just a few things: Could you note that Nehelenia is afraid of people feeling sympathetic to her, and that she can be very manipulative?

And perhaps list her ability to steal people's dream mirrors and the ability to trap people inside mirrors?
