Physical Description:
He is a young man with feminine features, which he inherited from his mother’s side of the family. His hair is long, wavy, and is a purplish white ♥ with slightly darker undertones ♥♥♥. He often wears it in a braid over his shoulder. His face is unblemished and soft in appearance with fair skin and the lightest touch of pink in his cheeks. His eyes are the color of rose quartz ♥ with dark rims ♥ around the irises. His eyebrows arch delicately over his eyes, accentuating his femininity. His nose is straight, and his lips are plump and rosy in hue.
Standing at 5 feet and 8 inches, Teruki isn’t a particularly tall young man. His figure is lean, sinewy, and lacking in broad shoulders. His height (and want of broad shoulders) only adds to the confusion of his gender as he is easily conceived to be a tall young woman rather than a young man of an average height.
He dresses according to his gender, but that doesn’t stop people from believing he is simply a girl wearing masculine clothes. He has several female admirers at school, and even a few male admirers. Teruki has made several attempts to appear more masculine, but has failed. He even cut his hair in a short, more boyish style, but that hairstyle only seemed to attract more boys to him.

Teruki is a boy who prevents himself from being himself. Naturally a quiet boy, Teruki has learned the art of conversation due to his family’s social station. He has also learned to guard himself from sharing too much. Teruki never talks about personal opinions or personal matters. It’s not very far from who he naturally is, but Teruki very much wants to connect with others. He’s just scared. Due to his private dislike for the Sun Empress, Teruki believes it’s best not to get too close to other people, especially since the majority of the populace adore the Empress. Teruki is a black sheep surrounded by a pack of wolves. Anything he says that even hints at disloyalty to Empress Sol could land him in a very bad place. It would be exceptionally bad, too, because it would bring his family’s loyalty into question.
Teruki is a very loving and loyal boy. Even though he does not agree with his family, he still cares for them and wants to protect him. He knows that they would disown him without hesitation if his true feelings about the ruling queen were ever known. He has no doubt that they would willingly hand him over to the authorities, too.
He is probably the softest child of the Getsuka sons, but he appears to be as equally hard and calloused as his brothers. He has a sharp mind, is quick-witted, and can easily play the part required of him. But in doing so, he also believes himself to be a coward and is often silently at war with himself. What’s more important: surviving or doing what’s right? Teruki is currently unable to answer that question. He feels pulled to do the right thing: to speak up against Empress Sol, but he knows it would be foolish to do so.

Unique Abilities/Skills: Teruki gets “feelings” about people. These feelings tell Teruki whether or not a person is trustworthy or not. It’s a latent ability that is much stronger when he is Sailor Tiv, which allows him to sense the purity (or impurity) of a person’s heart.
History:
Teruki was born the third son and final child to his parents, Viscount Getsuka and his wife. He was born on Callisto, one of the four Galilean moons of Jupiter. Before Teruki turned a year old, his family relocated to what the populace was calling the "new Earth", Cel. The Getsuka family didn't stay long on Cel, only a few months, before they relocated to Tiv, the "new moon", as per the Empress's request. A noble family, the Getsuka family lived to serve the Sun Empress.
Teruki was too young to remember his life before coming to Tiv. The first memories he can recall were from inside the walls of their Tivian mansion.
Being the third son, Teruki wasn't a child of significance in comparison to his brothers. His eldest brother was planned to become a politician. His older brother would likely become an officer of the military, though he wouldn't be as notable a figure as the eldest Getsuka son. Teruki, his parents had planned, would likely become some sort of scholar. Not so notable as a politician or officer, but certainly a respectable occupation for the third son of a noble family.
Teruki grew in the manner of parents' wishes, attending one of the finest schools the Solar System had to offer, on Pluto. He proved to be a capable student with a brilliant and avarice mind for learning. He also seemed to take an interest in politics, though only in study—not in practice. He felt unsettled when he learned some of the Sun Empress’s policies and laws, but he never spoke a word of it, keeping his reservations to himself.
Along with his studies, Teruki was particularly fond of fencing and has become quite good at it. He joined the fencing club during his first year at the academy and is now noted in being a skilled swordsman.
This being his final year at the academy, he has begun looking at universities.
He was visiting home for the summer when he came across the Silver Crystal. He hasn’t fully woken as a senshi, but Sailor Cosmos already has her eye on him...
Storyline Specific Information:
Teruki has already found the (Illusionary) Silver Crystal, but he doesn’t realize its significance. The crystal has also disguised itself to look like a moonstone to keep it from falling into the wrong hands and Teruki has had it set as a pendant and wears it religiously.

Tiv’s uniform is the standard uniform for the new male scouts.
On his brow sits a thin, silver tiara. At the center of the tiara sits an oval sapphire.
With Tiv only having a single piercing on his right ear, a silver earring with a crescent moon design dangles from it.
Rather than a choker like the ones worn by the classic scouts, a small, silk scarf is tied around his neck. His scarf’s tails are slightly longer than his comrades’ scarves and is knotted on the back of his neck. The tails pool down between his shoulderblades to the middle of his back.
His main uniform begins with a long-sleeved white shirt and a sailor collar colored Space Cadet blue. There is a white arrowhead decoration at the chest of the collar. A single white stripe lines the collar as with the classic scouts’ uniforms. The back of the sailor collar has an angled upside-down v-shaped edge. Fitted into each of the outer corners is a silver arrowhead design.
A large, silk bow sits under his sailor collar, colored Periwinkle. Despite being silk, the bow sits stiffly on his chest. His White Moon Resistance pin tops the knot of the bow, his dark sapphire jewel gleaming.
On the white sleeves, at the upper area of each arm, is an upside-down v-shaped insignia in Tiv’s primary color, Space Cadet blue. The cuffs of his sleeves mimic his collar with his primary colour being the base and a thin white stripe along the edge of the cuff closest to the sleeve.
Peeking out from beneath the cuffs of the long sleeves are Periwinkle fingerless gloves that form a v-shape over the top of the hand, with the point of the v close to the middle finger. The edges of the gloves are edged in silver.
Over his white shirt sits a high-waisted bodice in Space Cadet blue. Though not of a broad form, the bodice cuts just below the his pectorals and ends at his hips, just above his shorts. Silver piping lines the edges and in two princess-seamed parallel vertical lines in the front and in the back. Peeking from beneath his bodice are curved and split shirt tails in Periwinkle. The shirt tails are short in the front, maybe two inches of material showing at its longest point, with longer tails, maybe 5-6 inches worth, spilling from the back of his uniform.
His shorts are rather fitted and come just below his knees (a bit like bermuda shorts). They are colored Space Cadet blue.
His fuku is completed with a pair of Periwinkle combat-esque boots that come to his upper shin. A silver crescent moon design is at the top of the lip of the boots.
Overall, Tiv hates his uniform.
Henshin/Transformation:
Transformation Item: The White Moon Resistance pin. Sailor Tiv’s pin has a dark sapphire where the primary color gem is set.
Transformation Phrase: “Tiv Power, Make Up!”
Teruki begins by holding his pin in the air and says “Tiv Power”. He then encloses the pin and brings it to his chest, finishing with “Make Up!” Removing his hand, the pin is centered on his chest. Glittering threads of dark blue begin to spill out from the pin and bind Teruki’s body, topped with a bow beneath the pin. The dark blue, threaded bow dissolves into a periwinkle bow and more of the dark threads begin to dissolve into glittering light over Teruki’s body replaced by Sailor Tiv’s uniform. Once he is changed into his uniform, starting at the bow on his chest and expanding outward, his tiara and earring are the last things to appear.
