Appearance: Fuyuko is slightly taller than average, at 5'7". She weighs 160 lbs. and has a willowy build. Her long hair is a light green shade and she keeps it held back from her face with a few pins. Her eyes are dark blue. She wears high end blouses, skirts, and pants, and there's usually an animal design on her clothing somewhere.

Personality:


Fuyuko is calm and gentle on the outside, always going out of her way to help others with their mundane live problems. People often open up to her and tell her their worries without much prompting. Because of this, she is still approachable despite her somewhat intimidating height. She has a soft tone of voice and doesn't ever seem to raise it no matter what situation. She is very easily distracted by animals, and will often walk away from something just to pet one. When Fuyuko is pushed into being upset, she keeps her calm demeanor, but gains an icy, vicious edge. She can flip between the two sides at the drop of a hat if provoked.



She loves animals, gymnastics, and ice skating, and dislikes judging people by appearance. Fuyuko is great at reading others and understanding their problems, but cannot deal very well with her own emotions and wants, and shoves them aside without dealing with them as a result. Her dream is to own a pet store or a livestock farm.

She's very surefooted and hard to knock off balance, a product of her years of ice skating.
 
History:
Sailor Europa was one of the four Generals of Planet Jupiter, and she served in both combat and the medical field. Her abilities allowed her to change battle conditions on the fly, turning the tide in favor of her soldiers, along with being able to heal them in mass amounts. She died fighting the Dark Kingdom at the end of the Silver Millennium.

Fuyuko's family moved from the more northern city of Asahikawa to Sapporo when she was 5, and struggled with being accepted by her peers as she grew up because of her height. During middle school, she started ice skating as a hobby and found that she had a talent for it. As she pursued her new dream of becoming a professional skater, Fuyuko became more confident in herself as a person, and her reputation changed for the better to reflect this. She was no longer teased or feared for her height, becoming one of the most popular girls in school. She currently lives with her mother, father, younger cousin, and dog in a large apartment.

Remnants- After Sailor Io helped save Neo Queen Serenity and her court of senshi, she and her team were given permission to visit Crystal Tokyo at times. Sailor Europa happened to be there at the Palace when the Distress Call was encountered.

Senshi Fuku:
Sailor Europa's main colors are green, light blue, and white. Her fuku is mainly white, with a pale blue color for her skirt and bows. She wears short green boots that connect to green armor that covers her shins. She has armored gauntlet gloves that are also green, along with a simple green chest plate. She also wears a blue and long green cape and hood, the cape part marked with her senshi symbol.
Powers:
First Attack Name: Europa Cold Typhoon

First Attack Appearance: She swings her scythe and creates a miniature tornado of freezing air.

First Attack Effect/Damage: Traps the opponent and drops the temperature, freezing them.

First Attack Accuracy: The tornado has to catch the opponent before it fades away.


Second Attack Name: Europa Burning Geyser

Second Attack Appearance: Using a water source, Europa creates a superheated geyser and fires it.

Second Attack Effect/Damage: The boiling water can cause burns and is a powerful pushing force.

Second Attack Accuracy: The geyser moves in a straight line the way it was fired, and can't change direction without firing again.



Third Attack Name: Europa Sunny Burst.

Third Attack Appearance: Europa gathers energy from the sun and turns it into a healing light that can be directed in a beam.

Third Attack Effect/Damage: Helps the physical wounds of anything it shines on, based on how long the light is on them.

Third Attack Accuracy: The beam of light must be touching the receiver to heal them.



Weapons or Magical Items:
Europa Scythe-A long scythe with a blade made of frost.
Europa Transformation Ring-A green and blue metal ring with the sign of Jupiter and the Roman numeral for 2.
Guardian: Like the other Galilean Moon Senshi, Sailor Europa's guardian is Perseus, a shape-shifter who takes the form of a brown cat or bird. She is very close to Perseus and will often hold or pet him.
 
RP Sample:

Fuyuko looked out her window on the 3rd floor of the apartment building, watching the snowy streets from her bedroom. A pair of blue skates hung on her doorknob, waiting for her to pick them up and leave. Across from her, a shelf of tropies and medals were placed, the gold plating shiny from their weekly cleaning. Despite them, Fuyuko sometimes felt like her victories were meaningless.

She remembered when she first moved to Sapporo years ago, and how alone she felt when everyone ignored or teased her because of her height. But when she took up skating, she grew more confident and people started to want to be friends with her. Ice skating saved her from the depths of despair, and she would always love it for that. Fuyuko sometimes did start to wonder if she only skated because other people liked it so much, and not just for herself.

"Fuyuko!" a voice called, and her younger cousin stuck her head in the door. "You said you were gonna show me how to do a spin at the rink today! Can we go now?" Fuyuko snapped out of her thoughts and smiled, standing up.

"Of course, just let me lace up." Maybe it didn't matter why she did it at all, if she made people happy skating, then she was happy too, right?

Ooh, another Galilean senshi <3 I always love to see what you do with them hehe She seems really cool, and I love her ice skating connection. I think everything looks good! It will be neat to see her in the RPG sometime!
