Haruka doesn't like anyone who likes Usagi really. If Usagi wanted, Haruka would probably drop Michiru in a heartbeat for Usagi.
I'm not sure how I feel about Haruka and Seiya tho. It would be a very strange relationship of pain and yelling.

I honestly don't think if Usagi asked her to drop Michiru she would, however, if her Princess ordered her to...well, she always has put her duty and the wants of her Princess before her and her needs.
