Okay Party Planners and Game Hosts, as you all know, we have decided this years anni to be somewhat carnival/fair themed. So for games played and contests members participate in, people will earn tickets (kinda like how people earned points for the Olympics games) that they can accumulate to put towards getting prize packs.  This is going to explain how it will all work.

Here are the tickets below, made by the lovely Sailor Mercury :

I know this may all seem confusing so I'll hammer out some things.

  You still can! Its always nice to recieve something that members can show of what they participated in. These can be given out OPTIONALLY. However, tickets ARE MANDATORY for each game.

  How do they get handed out?

  Once your game ends, you MUST report your winners and participants to a specified thread (we'll be making it soon) and from there either me, Small Lady, or Kayariah will send the tickets earned to the winners and participants.

  What do you DO with the tickets?

  We are going to be setting up a prize ladder of packs members can get. The more tickets they have the more goodies they get in each pack.

  Wait! What about the Goodie Bags???

  Goodie bags are meant for everyone depending on what rank they are. They will be given out towards the end of the anniversary as a gift and thank you to the members of GC. There will be one for each rank so depending on your rank will depend on what gifts you get.
  

That pretty much covers it.

The other part to this is how many tickets is given out per game. Well Kaya and I have that solution here!  

IMPORTANT: Game hosts will need to post in their games what their games are worth.

We are doing this because the Anni's theme is Carnival and so at carnivals and arcades and stuff you usually know what you are aiming to win. So we wnat members to try to win as much as they can and encourage them to participate.
