Ok, a group of people got together, who shared a love of MLP and fighting games. They decided to develop a fighting game based off of MLP! They happily developed it for 2 years straight. Then, disaster struck. 2 weeks before the game's completion, Hasbro ordered a Cease & Desist order on the game. All their work had been lost. They weren't allowed to release the current build of the game, at all. 

But, earlier on in 2012 a version leaked for EVO, commonly referred to as the Vanilla build or the Leaked build or even the EVO build. This included Pinkie Pie; Rarity; Applejack; Twilight Sparkle. People couldn't believe that they'd finally get to play this game and was then very disappointed when it had been shut down. Mane 6 kept their hopes up and Lauren Faust tweeted them asking if they wanted original characters for an original game. Which they would subsequently call, Fighting is Magic. They're currently working on this and will open a indiegogo or kickstarter campaign in the near future. I'm highly anticipating that game, it looks like fun, no footage yet just character designs.

Anyway, back to the main focus. About a month or so ago, a group of people came forward with a version of MLP: Fighting is Magic that they called the Tribute Edition. People couldn't believe it. It was a completed version of the game which included all 6 of the mane 6! The game contains minor bugs, but nothing noticeable or gameplay-changing.



This build has them all completed, as mentioned above. And they've said that they will add new characters to the roster. The 4 current teased characters are as follows: Trixie, The Great and Powerful!; Gilda the Griffon!; Derpy Whooves!; Octavia Melody!

This is really cute. I like this a lot as a concept, even though I don't plan to play it. XD Mostly just because I ♥ MLP.

Oooh! cool! I'm really loving this game so far.  Its fun, but tough in story mode.
