When I got on this morning and scrolled down to the chatbox all I saw was a white chatbox (big white rectangle). A user was online, but I could not access the chatbox.

not sure what yours looks like hikari but this is what mine looks like: most forums im on you can see the chatbox [but not replay due to post count] not sure how it works here but this is what mine has looked like.

Yeah, you can see I just logged into it to check and it's working for me (also, GreenPea, you just click 'log in' to join the cbox!).

Is it still not showing up, Hikari?

You might double-check to make sure your software programs are updated. I'm not sure what the chatbox relies on, but maybe you have like... Java or whatever out of date.

Also, if you use Internet Explorer, it might not work with it.
