Each night only a certain number of people get clues; if you didn't get one, it didn't roll on your character's number. ^^ |

| XD Well, if you think so-and-so is the murderer, you could do something like,
"Hey guys? With the evidence mounting against Mr. Puddles, I think that it might be in our best interest to knock out Mr. Puddles, before he could... you know... kill us. We could then search around for evidence without worrying about being... killed... and see if he's really the one that did it." |

| XD One time, in Sims (version 1), a child answered the phone when it rang and it was the adoption center, asking the happy family if they'd like to adopt a new baby. She said "Yes!"
Sim daddy was in the room, and he just turns and looks at the child on the phone, like "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!"
And then the phone asked the kid what she wanted to name the new baby boy. She said "Puddles".
((I was playing with a friend, and we were laughing our butts off.))
...that was not the first kid that the child sim adopted, either. "Pudderington" follow, and finally "Pushnuders"

| u_u unfortunately, the die roll determines who gets a clue in every round. Here's how it works: 1. I roll a 12-sided* die to see how many clues are given out during the search phase.*the number of sides change depending on how many players remain alive. Losing Robert dwindled us down to 12. 2. I then roll that 12*-sided die again, the number of times that there are clues; each number is attached to a player. If their attached number pops up, they get a clue!It is totally possible for one person to receive multiple clues in one search round. - Example:
12 people are alive. I roll a 12-sided die, and get a result of 5. This means I will be giving out 5 clues this search phase.
I then roll that 12-sided die 5 times. Let's say I get a 2, 6, 11, 12, 6.
Then the person associated with the number 2 gets a clue (the clue is determined by the room they are searching), person 6 gets two clues, since their number came up twice. Person 11 gets a clue, and person 12 gets a clue.
The importance of the clue varies by how early they pop up in that list. In this example, person 2 would get a more important clue than person 11 and 12; person 6 would get two clues - one important one, one not-so-important clue (or a red herring). At any time, a clue could be substituted for an item, if the room is out of clues.

| There are some truly random an inconsequential clues, but some 'inconsequential' clues can point to a character's innocence... or guilt. |

| Just wanted to put out there if anybody is going by "who isn't present" that people can be busy and there are different time zones. I know we're playing in character, but let's not try to lynch people without good reason. |

See the dangers in "finding" things on your own, while investigating in character? There are "clues" in the game that I did not give out that are now being spread around as real clues. I won't say which, just wanted to point out how having your character "find" something innocently during the search phase can turn around and confuse the game.
