Entering B3, you find it to be a woody zone, with the sound of flowing water to the East.

As you break through the brush, you find SenshiRei, standing by the river!

Tiana rolls a 7; she achieves a surprise attack on SenshiRei!

With the element of surprise with her, Tiana comes crashing through the underbrush, a medium-length sword brandished and at the ready!

Tiana rolls another 7! She deals out the first blow!

Tiana looked befuddled for a moment as the tribute took off in the direction behind her.  Without too much thought Tiana spun on her heels and took off after her.  They headed off in the direction she had just come from.

"Fine! If you don't want to fight let's have a match of another sort!" Tiana shouted into the area.  "A match of wits like no other, a match of Rock, Paper, Scissors!"  Tiana challenged the tribute and stood waiting for a reply.

Tiana looked in surprise as the other tribute climbed down the tree and walked over to her, spear at the ready.  "Fine," she replied rather reluctantly.  Tiana kept her sword at the ready and stood facing her.  I'm surprised that worked.  Tiana readied herself and on the count of three she shouted "Scissors!"
