| I'm pretty sure Chibi Usa calls Pluto "Puu", but for the life of my I can't remember if this was in the 90's anime or the manga, or both. I almost used Puu in my doujinshi, but when I checked my Kodansha edition of the manga there Chibi Usa just called her Pluto, so I stuck with that. Was Puu the nickname she used in the original Japanese version?  |

| I know for sure she used Puu in the 90s anime and in the musicals. Not 100% positive on the manga, but I want to say it was used there too in the Mixx version (don't remember Kodanshas).
You should use Puu...its so cute. <3 |

| I didn't find any use of the nickname Puu in the Kodansha releases. I didn't find it in the Mixx release either, but I didn't have a manga that went back quite far enough. ): |

| I have both the mixx/tokyopop editions and kodansha. She never did call pluto "puu, not once. It was just a thing they added into the anime to help send home the feeling that she was a child. |

| It was introduced in the anime I believe as a way to make Pluto's identity obscured before they properly met her. Because Chibiusa was talking to someone through Luna-P and if she called them Pluto it would ruin the surprise xD It wasn't in the manga, I believe. |
