I am surely not the only one who's played (playing) the wonderful JRPG; Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the white witch!
It's exclusive for Ps3 and I got a console simply to play that particular game!

Ni no Kuni is to me, almost a perfect JRPG!
The only "flaw" I've found is in the familiar catching system.

To catch a familiar, you have to charm it. And the chance percent to catch some of them are unfairly small.
You can battle hundreds of them without ever charming one.
Of course there are errands when you have to catch specific one's. And I don't know about you, but I spend WAY to many HOURS trying to catch the little bastards. It's not fun at all, just frustrating.

The battle system in Ni no Kuni is GOLD though.
I love how fast you can switch between characters/familiars, the fact the time stops while you fiddle through menu's and different spells and that all the commands (attack, spells, provisions, defend) are easily used and changed by simply pressing one of the arrow-buttons. 

The over-world is the most beautiful thing ever, the enviroments are diverse, and there are SO many convenient way's to travel from one location to another!
(travel via magic, dragon, boat, foot, speed travel within the city)

Not to mention the wonderful Character/familiar designs and the lovely puns on some of the names XD
(my favorite being you meowjesty<3 ) I just Love this game so much <3

I never did finish this game but its really awesome!! I started it up and put a few hours into it, thoroughly enjoying just about everything about it, story, characters, voice acting (in both languages), gameplay, animation. Its a GREAT rpg! My fiance did beat the game and from what I saw of end game stuff, very cool.

If you have a ps3 and love RPGs (esp JRPGs) you will love this game.

Man i really need to play it again... i just have had no time (or motivation) to play anything lately. D:

I mean it's about 45-70 hours of entertainment, so you have to have the time.

No, i don't remember that so i guess i missed with when the man was playing.

I cant even begin to describe the cuteness of the native inhabitants^^ look it up if you want to^^

The yeti looking things? Gaah they are so cute!!

the most wonderful things about them is that the species is called "tomte"
that is the swedish word for santa XD
