Name of the Storyline:  Alternate Universe: Moon and Earth

Plot Summary:  At the end of Stars, Usagi instead chooses to be with Seiya. Mamoru takes this with good grace and wishes them a happy future. Usagi and Seiya stay together for 5 years, until the Earth enters it's great Ice Age. then in the 30th century, Usagi unfreezes the Earth. At this point, she and Seiya go to the Moon, while Mamoru becomes the king of Earth. During those 5 years before the Ice Age, he began a relationship with Setsuna, and proposed shortly before he became king. The two kingdoms live peacefully side by side, and the two couples get alone relatively well, though they do not see each other very often.

Now it's 11 years later, and both couples have a 10 year old daughter. Endymion and Setsuna have what would be "canon Chibiusa", with pink hair and red eyes, though now she has a different name and is solely the senshi of Earth. Usagi and Seiya have their own daughter, who is the senshi of the Moon. Both girls get along well, not knowing the other's father and mother were once a couple. But in this time of peace, a new threat has emerged. A woman calling herself Queen Morganite, the daughter of Queen Beryl and the rightful ruler of the Earth! And now after so many years, the seperate royal couples, the princesses and the senshi must band together to find and stop her!
Details on any necessary information:  Morganite is the daughter of Beryl in that she is only a genetic clone created by Metallia, and you can decide if she is obsessed with Endymion or not. you can decide what Serenity and Seiya's daughter looks like and what her name is, if she is still called Chibiusa or whatever. same goes for "canon Chibiusa", what her new name is. Usagi and Mamoru are still friends despite having different spouses.
Restrictions:

Canon needed: Absolutely must have Usagi, Seiya, Mamoru, Pluto. the inner and remaining  outers can join in as well. Starlights might make an appearance if there are enough players.

Otaku needed: "Canon Chibiusa"/Sailor Earth and "Au Chibiusa"/Sailor Chibi Moon. Queen Morganite. maybe a general or 2. possibly a few children of the senshi if we have enough players.

Okay, so maybe it might take me a little longer to develop the character, because of school and all, but I might jot some ideas down here. Let's see... she's a genetic clone, so that takes care of the looks department. I imagine Morganite striving to distinguish herself from her mother in terms of power, ability, and achievement. She wishes to conquer/rule Earth, so she may succeed where her mother failed.

true, considering it's just Endymion and Setsuna on Earth. While Endymion does have power, let's face it....Serenity is the muscle. but that's why Serenity and Seiya come to Earth to help out.

also, if you WANT to change Morganite's looks you can. magic is a wonderful thing after all...and if all else fails, dye! hehehe. just a suggestion though! whether she's okay with looking exactly like her mother or not is up to you. plus, ya know...genetic mutation...also, there's considering if Beryl's DNA was different before she became the evil queen, and if that actually is a DNA change. in which, her daughter might have Beryl's human black hair color. so a lot of ramifications to consider. Metallia could have done some genetic realignment..maybe changed traits to make the daughter take after Metallia more in appearance somehow, or maybe Beryl had a say in how she'd look.*shrugs*

Since ChibiUsa sometimes felt distant from her mother Neo Queen Serenity, and often related to Sailor Pluto more. I thought it would be fun to have this version of ChibiUsa feel distant from Sailor Pluto and connected to Neo Queen Serenity.

Hm. I'm wondering what I should rename ChibiUsa. I feel like calling her ChibiSetsuna would be a little strange.

it could be intresting if that reversal happened, though NQS isn't really lonely so not sure that'd really work out. plus Chibiusa would probably be more intrested in seeing NQS daughter who would be her friend. so in this universe, Chibiusa isn't really lonely either.

and her nickname wouldn't be Chibisetsuna, just like it's not ChibiUsagi. it'd probably be Chibisetsu or something. or you could name her something earth related.

I've submitted Small Lady's profile. I ended up finding a name I liked for her, one that resembled Setsuna but was distinct- Setsuko.

For her attacks, I only included her basic attacks. A lot of her later attacks were group attacks, depending on Usagi or Pegasus, and I wasn't sure if they'd fit in this AU, so I only included "Pink Sugar Heart Attack."

small lady setsunko! very cute!! and intrigued she's having the single bun with the poofy pigtails. that'll look intresting..XD but i wonder, since she's the senshi of earth now, would her fuku still be pink?

I didn't change her fuku colors because I'm pretty fond of this headcanon I found on Tumblr, which suggests fuku colors are based in part on personality. Also, based on the fact that Tuxedo Kamen represents Earth, but his outfit's colors were black and red or, as King Endymion, purple and lilac. However, I could change it if it bothers you! 

I'll use the doll maker to mess around with her hair style a bit. I know I wanted to keep the bun from Setsuna's hair style, but I wasn't sure what to do with the rest of her hair.

first off, please don't think i'm trying to make you change your character! if you think she should have the same fuku, then alright.^^ i'm just trying to make sure that's what you really want to do.

that being said, my personal favorite for the hairstyle is the bun with the thick loose hair. and with the different shades of red and pink for her fuku, it still feels like chibiusa's fuku but with a AU twist!^^

also, i just realized that since she's not Usagi's daughter anymore, she wouldn't have the same bangs. she'd probably have Setsuna's bangs, or Mamoru's.

I don't mind changing Setsuko's Senshi fuku, though. ^.^

I liked the long hair and bun as well, and ended up going with a red and brown color scheme. (I really liked the brown, and it's not found in a lot of fan character designs, so I decided to include it.) Unfortunately, I forgot to include the little squiggly hair near the ear in this picture, but it matches my headcanon of Setsuko pretty well otherwise:

I have a question, plot-wise: Are the other senshi on Earth or the Moon? I'd imagine the Inner Senshi would follow Neo Queen Serenity to the moon, but I'm not sure where the Outer Senshi would go.
