| What I know from the coding in the website, we're all put into certain groups, which is where the legend of the Admins, Moderators, etc. comes in. I also know there's an ability to have a group completely not available to the general public to see. This is where my idea comes in. For each guild that is made, I think there should be a hidden group for each of them so that a Group PM can go out to inform people about what's going on in the guild. If it's not possible to know who everyone is in the guild, there could be a sign up sheet so all the usernames could be put in each guild group. Yes, I do know there is the Sticky/Announcement area in each guild, but I feel this would be a great way to remind people to enter a contest by a certain time or to let people know it's time to vote. Things like that.

| Quite a neat idea. It would be a bit of work though. Maybe it could be sent through emails? But not everyone checks those frequently enough. And it suppose that it will make the members feel a bit more 'special'! xD |

| I think the Guild Leaders already take advantage of that? I believe you have to be made moderator of a group in order to send a PM to the group (unless you are Admin). If you are talking about what I'mt hinking, then the leaders of the current guilds have the ability to do that and there would be no need for a hidden group.
I've already received a few pms from the Arts guild to remind me about voting in the LSMS contest. Sooo... i think we're good? Not really sure what else to say i'm sorry xD |

| You could always shoot the leader of whatever guild it is a pm and suggest the idea? |

Not to mention, it depends on what's happening in the guilds. If there's nothing to remind people of, there's nothing to PM. |
