Sailor name: Sailor Earth ((I know that Sailor Scouts are usually girls, but before judging my OC based on this, read his bio))
Planetary powers: None, prefers to use earth weaponry modified to fight the Nega-Verse

Bio:
Hachiro Katsu is from the 31st century come back to fight the Nega-Verse. Before he went back in time, Hachiro had presented an idea to King Darien and Queen Serena. He had realized that after the events of the 30tg century that the Sailor Scouts would not be able to defend Earth by themselves forever, so he presented to the King and Queen that a Galactic Earth Defense Force be formed and help combat the evil Nega-Verse should they ever return. The King and Queen agreed and not long after the new Earth defenses were formed the Nega-Verse attacked again, and this time were more strong and deadly than ever and the new Earth Defense Force was quickly dispatched to fight this threat with the Sailor Scouts serving as commanding officers. Several years of war and destruction, the human race was nearing extinction and the King and Queen hatched one final plan to save the world. They would send Hachiro, who was now the commanding officer of the Earth Defense Force, back to the 21st century to find and destroy the Nega-Trash that assembled this insane army that was threatening humanites existance. But before he left, Queen Serena rewarded him for his services in the present by making him the very first male Sailor Scout, Sailor Earth. Since he was not born a Scout so he does not posses planetary powers like the others so he uses his earth weapons which have been modified to combat the Nega-Verse. He then said goodbye to his wife, Hotaru who was now 21 ((Don't judge meh!)), then went through the portal and was now in the 21sr century.

Interesting character and an interesting way to get around the 'men can't be sailors' idea. What does he look like? I'm surprised he is nearly seven feet tall! He would tower over me. o.o (Then again, who doesn't? lol)

He wears an advanced suit of armor, so no one really knows what he looks like.
