I'm currently working on Theresa from Fable: The Lost Chapters, a long time dream cosplay of mine!
My husband, Darin, and I just got started on her today, and I am so excited.



After a long day of Darin fixing my mess ups when I try to help, this is what we've got!  Obviously it's still a work in progress, there's still lots to do!

I'm doing a mega casual and original sorta-closet cosplay of Usagi at AB this year, and wanted to share one of the outfits I picked. It's kind of inspired by street fashion, and I thought the shirt was so fitting for her. Waiting on my wig, and once I perfect my make up for it, I will post some more progress!



Also, my more traditional Sailor Neptune (standard fuku) is like... 5-10% at this point. I've been working out a lot and am reluctant to start on a body suit while mine is changing so much. So here's a head shot I really love! (Don't worry, I'm wearing a tube top!)

No one wants a Fatty Moon lol I did do Jupiter when I was in High School though. I could never find her boots

That's how I feel about cosplaying as a SM character. xD I wish I could say i'm in the middle of a cosplay but alas i am not. However, I bought a pattern to begin working on a Princess Serenity dress but i don't hav ea sewing machine, sewing skills...sewing anything. xD I have a friend who wants to do SM cosplay though so maybe down the road eventually...

Here is the main coat piece. I am a bit further along than what this picture shows.

So on tuesday, I started testing some new techniques for making the curly pigtails for Myu-Moon. I used my old Serenity wig, wich is in horrible condition atm, but figured out a pretty good method to use for my new wig- I just hope I don't screw up. Btw, this is the new wig I'm using:



It's the usual 80cm yellow model I used for my previous Usagi-wigs too. Hope I'm finally satisfied with this 3rd version.

Also, I've been experimenting on accessory, so far I made some dummies for the Tiara and brooch.



The real tiara will have some more smaller rhinestones attached around the big one seen here and will most likely be made out of Worbla. I will use the hooks to attach it to the wig and maybe a tiny tip of mastix on my forehead- that way, I can remove the tiara when I wash or brush the wig and I can use it again for anothe wig in case this one gets ruined somehow.
As for the brooch, I will change the shape a bit more, but I wanted to test the rhinestones together. It will basically be a version of the Cosmic Compact, like the one Anza wore in some of the musicals.

As for me, I'm doing my first "gunna be pretty awesome looking" cosplay. My friend asked me to go to Mechacon with her in July. We are joining a cosplay group of saiyans! Its gunna be awesome. We are making original characters and came up with some designs, I based mine off of a fanart of what a potential fusion of Bulma and Vegeta would be like. Love the design so I'm going off of it.




I wish I had pics, but we are making the armor out of worbla since my friend really wanted to try it out. xD I've only gotten a few pieces shaped but I still need to do the shoulder straps.

However I've ordered my wig (it's awesome just needs styling) and just need to order the spandex pants and boots and buy the fabric for the red thing. I'm going to make it a skirt that goes in the front too cause i don't want my crotch baring all over the place lol.

I can't wait till it's done to show it off!

So here's my somewhat WIP...


Anne, our Sailor Mars, makes the costumes for us all to ensure they are all uniform. In this photo I'm wearing her Mars fuku to test the fit of the pattern, hence the red skirt. My Sailor Mercury collar and bow are pinned on, and the wig is only a stand in. My wig will be a much less dull blue!

I can't wait to join these talented ladies!

Thank you! They had posted a casting call and I was a bit reluctant because I didn't want to disappoint, but I sure am glad I went for it! I've made some new friends and can't wait to cosplay together.
