I am not sure how much I am able to translate and how accurate this will be but:

The entry is talking about the new, 3rd edition Sailor Moon manga volumes that were mentioned in earlier news and now also in Nakayoshi magazine's latest issue. The two photos that Naoko has drawn are the new covers of the first and second volume of this new 'complete' edition, featuring 'beautiful, adult-like Sailor Moon and Sailor Mercury'. The entry mentions that the first two volumes are to be released at the same time this fall and that all 12 volumes are expected to be released monthly. The size of the volumes is quite big (A5) and the pages are digitally remastered.

I really hope they will be published in US, as well but I am not sure how big the chances are, unfortunately.

By the way, did we have a thread about the new, third edition manga? I remember seeing some posts related to that subject but they may have been in the 'News: New Sailor Moon Anime in 2013' thread.

I also read somewhere that these would again be condensed into 10 volumes? And Sailor V would be one volume.

Didn't they already re-release the Sailor Moon manga not all that long ago?

Meggiemoon - I remember reading about that somewhere, as well. The Sailor Moon Channel's entry does not mention anything about the Codename Sailor V manga (yet) but it might be that they count it as a part of the Sailor Moon title and thus do not mention it separately.

Tori - I think they reprinted the 2nd edition again a little while ago but the first print of the second edition was originally released when PGSM aired.

on tubmlr someone ask KandashUSA about those mangas and they said as of now they weren't doing them

Ok, so to make it clear for everyone, this new manga is called Kanzenban or “Complete Versions”, these new manga will include NEW COVER ART made by Naoko-sensei. this manga will have 12 VOLUMES in A5 size, this is 148.5 × 210 mm or 5.83 × 8.27 inches.

This is not something new for mangakas, since Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne, Ranma 1/2 and i think Ruroni Kenshin + others have this version of the manga.

Also the first 2 volumes will be released the same month/day while the rest will be released monthly (?)

A Kanzenban? oo I though it would be an Aizoban such as those Saint Seiya got. Too bad =w=

i saw the photos for the two new covers and i was amazed  
i really hope they re-release these in the states with the new covers as well.
