So I have decided I'm going to be watching Myu from the first musical all the way to the end. That also means I'm going to be watching myu's I have never actually seen before. I have watch all the Anza Moon musicals as well as clear up to where Nao and Yuhka left and I also watch Starlights Ryuusei Densentsu (mainly becaus of Yuhka Jadeite.) So I will be putting my thoughts and feelings on the musicals as I watch them. wonder how long this will actually take me.

OK so as everyone knows this is not one of my favorite musical. I love it but it had it's good and it's bad. the timing in this one could definitely use some work. some parts seemed a bit rushed and went by far to fast others seemed to drag on an on and lost my attention pretty quickly. some of the scenes caught my attention and kept it and I did have my moments where I laughed myself silly. This is not really one for new Myu watchers to start out on. than again this was the Myu that started it all so they were still working out kinks and all of that. the music in this one was great I love all of these songs the main one's that seem to always catch my attention when I watch this one are the full version of La soldier, Mystery sagashi, Saikyou no Couple Gundan, Onna no ko no Shinsou. I had my moments where I laughed and I had my moments where I cryed. during Saikyou no Couple Gundan I laughed my butt off just watching Usagi try and join in the danceing with the others even though she had no one to dance with was great. Not just that but after the senshi ditch Usagi to go hang out with the boys the Mamoru Usagi moment was touching. 

 Luna and Artemis were a great addition to the cast for this musical.

full version of la soldier was a plus

the curtain call they kept it pretty entertaining I love that they seemed to want to keep the audiences attention to the very end.

the fact that they had a few moments centered around Luna and Artemis and what they were up to.

Haruna-sensei it isn't often they give us civilian characters in the musicals so I loved seeing her in this one.

the youma yet again you don't see it often so when you do it's a nice change.

 
OK so as with most musicals it has it's good and it's bad. I love this story line and this musical. It's closest to the Anime version of S rather than the manga version which we will get at a later date. I will say this is one of my least favorite Neptunes she just didn't seem like Michiru and she seemed a bit annoyed for a good portion of the musical. I really like Sanae as Uranus she did a great job in the musical and the mugan uniform in this musical looked great on her. She was pretty great in the impostors scene she seemed to know what she was doing with Haruka which is always a plus in my book. She seemed to push Haruka's feminine side a bit more but hey that's just fine gotta give her credit for being the first one playing the role and doing it so well. The chibi-Usa's were great not to mention adorable in fact I believe we will be seeing one of our girls here in black lady a bit later. though I must say my favorite part of this Myu was in fact DR. Tomoe I got a good kick out of him and he had me laughing many times which is drastically different from in the anime. we do not have the witchis 5 instead we get the death nightmares and the death manichas. oh and than we can't forget the 5 Tuxedo kamens and the fact tht not only Usagi couldn't tell who the real Mamoru was but neither could the one death manicha. and Luna P using a balloon for that was a great idea. Look carefully at Pluto's silhouette in this musical I'm sure her fuku will have a striking resemblance to Jupiter's. yet again it had the moments where I cried. Ami losing her pure heart crystal, Chibi-Usa's death are just some examples. also I absolutely love how Sailor moon throws herself in front of Uranus and Neptune to protect them. also can't forget mercury coming in to save the day at the last second. I don't like how they ended this one because I don't feel as if tied up any loose ends the first time I watched it I expected more instead it goes straight to La'mour Da'mour moonlight the curtain call and the service number. so yes one of the worse endings but over all it's a pretty great musical.

Neptune not trying to sound mean but really she just didn't seem like she wanted to be there and she really lost my attention pretty quickly.

Overall it's a musical I come back and watch many times so it's a great musical and Sanae even with this being her first musical was great and she's just going to continue getting better over the years she plays this role. it's definitely a must watch.

OK so this is one of the better Musicals out of the first stage. We are on our third Neptune by this point (the 2nd one was in unrecorded musicals) and she seemed to work better with Sanae than that first one did though this was not the one she had the best chemistry with. Music yet again was great my personal favorite being Over the Moon Sanaes voice was beautiful in the song and everyone else was pretty great. Noe I will admit that I get nit picky with Sanae's Uranus/Haruka but it all comes down to how she chose to portray Haruka which was more feminine than the other actresses chose to play her. any way I feel this cast was great even with this being Neptune I didn't much care for. This was still a great musical we are however missing one of our key players as Queen nehelenia had a role in this one but she was only there as a silhouette  so really had no official part in the musical. and there is no amozoness quartet instead we get the Trio alone. I also really loved Zirconia in this one. this is definitely a must see for Myu fans and one of the one's I come back to watch the most often.

Anza's acting during the more emotional scenes in this musical. if you look close enough during over the moon Anza's face is wet so it's clear she was actually crying when they played out Mamoru's death.
The chibi Moons they were adorable.
