| I'm watching Rainbow Brite and the Star Stealer (1985). I'm watching and chilling and the princess is a red head that keeps stroking a huuge green gemstone she keeps as a pet. Then all the sudden she uses this thing that looks like the Silver Crystal.   -Ponders if Naoko was inspired by this and other things for it.- Or the animators at least x3 |

The crystal does look like the Silver Crystal. Does make you wonder if Naoko was inspired in some way by this movie. |

| I've never seen this movie. Most cartoon movies for kids in the 80s make me laugh because they're so bad to me. This statement trickles down to the early 90s as well. To keep on topic, it really does look like the silver crystal. The character also kind of reminds of Queen Beryl. Big red hair, wanting to use the Silver Crystal, and being close to a certain object. (The orb she used to see stuff yadda yadda) |

| Oh what a fun idea! I'm gonna have to think about it now! There should be a thread for Sailor Moon cameos too! I see Sailor Moon in so many other shows like Tokyo Mew Mew, Martin Mystery and it goes on and on^^ |
