Plot Summary:  In a world where fairytales are real, a land is divided by two opposing kingdoms.

The north is ruled by the Queen of Mirrors, who is said to be a spectacularly beautiful and strict ruler, though her subjects adore her with out fail.

The south is ruled by the Queen of Silver, who is said to be the only rival to the northern Queen’s beauty. The Queen of Silver is no less a strict ruler, but she is said to be more just in her decisions and does not get caught up in passionate emotions.

The Queen of Mirrors has long been a dark presence in the lands, as the ruler of the north and the Dark Lands, and although she has never attacked the southern Light Lands borders, she is always a constant threat that must be watched. In the past, the two Lands have fought but in the recent years, the fighting has died down to that of a tentative kind of peace. The threat is always there, but  neither Queen has attacked the other.

Now, however, the Queen of Mirrors has broken that peace by attacking small outlaying villages on the border, and it is said that she has important prisoners hidden away in her dungeons. It is also rumored that perhaps the Queen of Mirrors is looking for something...

The Queen of Silver has called for the princesses in her Lands to come forth and fight back once and for all.


Details on any necessary information:

The Queen of Silver enlists the help of princesses because they are the ones who have powers imbued within theirselves. Princesses are born withinherent powers that they need to learn to tap into.

The princesses will be played by the senshi of Sailor Moon (ie: Usagi, Minako, etc), but will not be senshi as such. They will still retain certain powers that will aid them in fights (and you should keep the powers to be similar to what they have in Sailor Moon, ie: Rei should have fire-affinity powers and maybe spiritual powers as well) but they are still princesses and will not transform or anything.

The Queen of Mirrors will be played by Nehelenia and the Queen of Silver will be played by Queen Serenity.

It’s up to the player to pick which fairytale princess they want the character to represent. I think it’d be neat to have people pick princesses for the girls to represent by having similar traits to the fairytales. Like maybe the person who decides to play Usagi would want her to be Rapunzel because of the long hair thing. The characters retain their real names, but for their history/powers/etc the player would pick inspiration fromwhichever fairytale they’ve chosen.

The princesses have to be connected to some kind of main female character in a fairytale, however villains and other characters do not need to be connected to a main character and instead can choose any aspect of a fairytale they want to incorporate into their reimagined character (including if they want to have the character inspired by a main character too).

The Silver Crystal is a legendary item that everyone has heard about in stories when they were younger, but most thing it is just a myth, something to tell children. But the Queen of Mirrors has been building her army for a while in order to attack the Queen of Silver because she believes that the Queen of Silver must have the Silver Crystal. Which she did, technically, but Queen Serenity gave it to her daughter a long time ago in order to protect her.

Each princess comes from a village that is named from the element that she possesses. Magical elements are sacred in this world, and each village is blessed by having princesses who can harness those powers. For example, Ami's village would be called Village of Ice or Village of Water, Rei would come from the Village of Fire, etc. The only place that is different is the Silver Palace and Mirror Kingdom, the two opposing ruling cities. The Queen of Silver was said to have strong power before she became queen, though no one can recall what that power truly was, and Usagi comes from the Silver Palace, though it will be up to the player as to what her element would be called. And the Mirror Kingdom does not seem to have any princess of its own to claim an element, though some of the Nehelenia's followers believe that she is owner of the element.

No otaku senshi/princesses (except maybe otaku villains), although the senshi would be an otaku-like version of theirselves.

Villains: Queen Nehelenia. Other villains can be anyone in canon, though they should have a tie in to some fairytale aspect.
Other: Queen Serenity, any canon character though they should have a tie in to some fairytale aspect.

Maybe it would be an awesome idea to have the villages be named after the princesses, or something related to the princesses. Ex. The village of fire is Princess Mars


Will the silver crystal play a huge role in this story line? I am asking because of the name "Queen of Silver"

Yes, pretty much Princess will be synonymous with Senshi for this RP.

The main villain is the Queen of Mirrors (Nehelenia), but there will be other villains as well, probably other SM canon villains. At the moment, no one has wanted to play a villain so they will largely be NPCs I think. If, at the start of the RP, there is no one wanting to play a villain, I'll come up with a quick list explaining who is working under Nehelenia and explain their ties to fairytales. That way everyone knows who is around to be NPC'd for villainous purposes.

I'm not sure I understand ^^;;; Do you mean that when the characters arrive at different villages, we would use names for them pertaining to different princesses? (Village of Fire, Village of Water, etc are scattered around the continent?) Or did you mean that each princess kind of has her own village where she starts at (Village of Water is Ami's home, Village of Fire is Rei's home?) I kinda like the latter option better

Yes, the silver crystal will play a big part. In the summary, it was mentioned that the Queen of Mirrors was rumored to be looking for something. That is the silver crystal, though the princesses do not know about it in the beginning. And since we do have someone playing Usagi, I would like for the Silver Crystal to be with her without her knowledge (maybe a gift from her mother or something) and then eventually towards the end of the RP, Nehelenia will get a hold of it and the princesses have to work to get it back and defeat Nehelenia once and for all.

Or something around that. It might change and warp as the RPG goes along. Essentially, I just like the idea that Nehelenia is looking for the crystal and the senshi are bringing it to her without even realizing it (since they are heading to Nehelenia to fight against her to begin with).
