Plot Summary:

After facing Pharaoh 90, the Inner Senshi including Chibiusa and Mamoru decide to have a well-deserved vacation from their Senshi duties and leave from Japan their destination being a tour in the Europe’s biggest countries. But in the truth they never make it to Europe… After the Solar Eclipse the new moon’s Queen Nehelenia escapes from the prison she was sealed in by Queen Serenity, back in the ancient era of the Silver Millennium and lands on Earth with her court, invisible for all humans but her ominous aura still awakening the powers of all Solar senshi inside their bodies.

Feeling only the Inner Senshi’s familiar powers since she never faced the Outers back in the Silver Millennium, Nehelenia demands her court to attack them in the middle of their flight and her family of the Dead Moon captures Usagi, Ami, Rei, Makoto, Minako, Mamoru and Chibiusa inside her mirrors before they’re even able to transform and fight. They’re sealed inside Nehelenia’s dark mirror where she slowly steals their energy and the seal around her loosens the same speed as her dark shadow eats the Earth and its people’s dreams.

At the same time the Outers, who now live in a mansion raising the youngest of them, Hotaru, have sensed the strong threat shadowing the Earth and as well as the Inners, their powers responded to the landing of the Dead Moon. But when they try to transform, their powers are like locked and they stay in their civilian forms. Not even Pluto can use her Garnet Orb to open the door between times to find out what causes the anxious feeling inside their bodies and the Outers are unable to do anything other than to search for information of any kind of unnatural occurrences which would have something to do with the possible enemies.

Hotaru’s enormously quick growth can mean only one thing, the Earth is soon facing another crisis and when the Outers sense that the Inners have no power to do anything (not knowing what has happened to them) they decide to move back to the center of Tokyo to be closer to the dark aura they feel coming from the city and to find out what kind of enemy they must face soon… When facing their enemies the first times before receiving the new powers that sleep within them, the Outers are miraculously able to transform for a short while as their Talismans and the slumbering new powers give them the slight strength to undergo the transformation, but only for a limited time. It is for the Outers to save the Earth, their future and their friends.

But their mission isn’t easy; as able to transform only for moments and summoning attacks weaker than earlier, they must face their own nightmares and the darkness of the people of the Earth and win over them. That is the only way to continue the battle against the dark dreams and time, before their beloved Earth and friends are gone for eternity and they will end up to be cursed with the Earth, losing all their dreams and the distant future filled with light. The battle will be tougher than the previous one and now they are the only ones who can save the Earth, the only thing they can rely on being each other and themselves.

Details on any necessary information:

This role-play takes place in the SuperS timeline as a reversed story. I prefer not to have the Inners (including Chibimoon and Mamoru) in the story as they are captured almost the whole time and if the RP will have its end, they only might show up in the very end after the Outers have defeated Queen Nehelenia and thus freed them from their seals.

Helios may be in the story if someone wants to take his role, but his role will be more like in the anime, he’ll show up to give the Outers some information, not including the moment when he gave new powers to the Senshi.

As the Outers receiving their new powers, they will gain them like the Inners received theirs in the manga, one by one maybe including their Planet Power Guardians, played as NPC by the player of the corresponding Outer. This story will not include the Golden, neither the Silver Crystal since the holders of those Crystals (Usagi and Mamoru) are sealed away in the eternal darkness, inside the Mirrors’ drug like sleep. So the power to able to seal away the Dark Moon permanently will be the power of the Outer Senshi’s combined strengths.

The RP will start from the moment when the Dead Moon lands on Earth and the Outers are still spending their peaceful moments in their mansion and feel the dark shadow spreading over the surface of the Earth. They will soon move back to the center of Tokyo, to a luxurious apartment building like the ones Haruka, Michiru and Setsuna had back when they investigated the Mugen Academy. As stated in the plot, Hotaru will quickly grow up as in the manga and she will be about eight years old before gaining her new powers which will make grow up to the age of a twelve-year old girl in a moment.

The story will include many moments between the Outers as well as naturally the romance between Haruka and Michiru. Michiru and Haruka won’t also attend in school as they focus on raising Hotaru and naturally Setsuna will stay at home, too. But all three of them will work occasionally, Haruka taking some of the biggest races held in Japan, Michiru keeping some of her violin concerts having Haruka to play piano with her as a duet in some performances and Setsuna working on her computer doing remote work. Hotaru will not go to school as Setsuna teaches her at home, due it would make people suspicious if she seemed to grow up one year in days.

Before making their way into the invisible Circus of Darkness the Senshi will naturally have to fight the Family of the new Moon as they’re stealing the dreams of Earthlings in order to give them to their Queen so she could break the seal of the Mirror she’s been locked in and to keep her beauty eternally. After the villains notice the yet sleeping new power inside them they will take the Outers as their targets.

Before they gain their new powers the Outers are only able to transform for a limited time and as their attacks are weaker than before, their battles are tougher and they get serious wounds. And what they try to protect the most when they get into the battle despite their weaker powers is naturally Hotaru and each other. Pluto, as used to be the protector will be the one protecting Hotaru while Uranus and Neptune try to keep their enemies as far from Hotaru as possible.

Like in both, manga and anime, Queen Nehelenia’s signet will break before the final battle this time due the powers she has gained from the imprisoned Senshi and from people’s dreams as the Earth is slowly eaten by her dark shadow. Before the final battle the people of Earth are one by one sucked into the dark dream and in the end will turn against one another their dreams eaten by the Queen of the New Moon.

While I do want to keep this RP as canon as possible, the two Otaku villains will work better in this RP thus the amount of roleplayers and possible NPCs we should post if the original Amazons were in. I do hope this RP to be approved into the Tokyo City as the villains are replacing the original ones to keep the RP moving.
