General Information
Name: Jessie Smith
Gender: Female
Birthday: September 30th
Age: 16
Birthplace: Ponyville
Physical Description (include clothing generally worn): Jessie Smith is the very picture of a country girl through and through. Jessie has waist lengthgolden blonde hair that she ties back in a loose ponytail though her bangs fall loose on her forehead in a wisp. Her eyes are a bright emerald green. She has fair skin with a few freckles on her cheek.
On her head she always wears a light brown cowboy hat. Jessie wears red flannel shirts with a plain white tee underneath, and long boot cut jeans that go down to her feet. When she is working hard she often rolls up the sleeves on the flannel shirt. On her waist she wears a leather belt with a buckle she won once in a rodeo. Jessie wears either tan men’s steel toes work boots, or her favorite pair of leather cowboy boots, also brown to match her hat.
Personality: Jessie is a “what you see is what you get” kind of girl. She is wide open, honest, and very friendly. She shows everyone the same warm country hospitality, which often involves offering them large quantities of freshly baked foods. She has some strange speaking mannerisms brought on by country living, including calling anyone and everyone “sugarcube” as well as other idioms.
She has an innocent and sincere nature about her and is completely unashamed about her country ways and the way she talks. She is very much unafraid of hard work and used to working long hours and rolling up her sleeves to lend a hand wherever it is needed. Jessis is also not afraid to tell you what she thinks, and to speak her mind. She is energetic and somewhat outgoing. She is proud of her family and fiercely protective of her little sister.
Any Unique Abilities/Skills: Jessie is physically strong, due to many hours working on the family farm. She has also won a few rodeo competitions and is very skilled with the lasso. Jessie also has the element of honesty.
History: Jessie grew up on Macintosh Farms just on the outskirts of Ponyville proper with her older brother Big Mac, grandmother (warmly nicknamed Granny Smith), and younger sister Bloom. She grew up learning all there was to learn about planting, harvesting, and running a farm. As soon as she was able to count bits, she was taught to help out selling apples at market. Her and her older brother do most of the hard labor work of running the farm, though Granny is no weakling either, even in her feisty old age.
The main product their farm is known for is their apples. Her granny taught her how to bake wonderful pies from the apple harvests that earned them their namesake. Jessie often delivers applies and pies to stores in Ponyville. Her little sister tries hard to follow in her footsteps and Jessie’s hopes for the future are just to be able to run the family farm for as long as she lives, quite content to do what her family has always done for generations.

Caramel Apple Marinade! – Holding her hands out in front of her, as if holding an invisible beach ball she spins around, a wave of a sticky caramel like substanding swirling into her hands. When the spin is completed she thrusts her hands out in a throwing motion, sending a wave of wonderful smelling yet very sticky caramel goo flying at her enemy to freeze them in place.
Weapons or Magical Items: Cutie rod with the emblem of a shiny red apple on the top. She uses this to transform. She also has a lasso that she can materialize at any time while transformed.
Guardian: RP Sample: The aroma wafting from the kitchen was amazing. It made Jessie's mouth water to just think about the delicious caramel apples that Granny would soon be bringing out for the festival. While Granny was pulling out a few more ingredients for the sugary caramel sauce the apples would be dipped in, Jessie helped to slowly stir the thickening caramel in the large pot on the stove.
"Let me help!", came a should as Bloom, full of energy came bounding into the kitchen skidding across the floor in her shiny new sneakers. "I wanna stir it!", she said, standing on her tippy toes to try and reach the pot which was huge, tall, and just beyond her reach. "Now Bloom sugarcube, you're not big enough to reach that yet, but I think Granny needs some help pulling out the brown sugar.", Jessie answered with a smile, trying to gently direct her sisters boundless energy to something a bit safer.
But it was not to be. "I....am...so...big...enough!", came Bloom's reply as she stood right on her tippy tos, grabbed hold of the edge of the pot, and reached for the stirring spoon, causing the entire pot of hot caramel to begin tipping fowards. "Bloom! Look out!", Jessie shouted, diving for the pot and grabbing it in pot-holdered hands just in time to stop the spill, though a few drops of caramel escaped to plop onto the floor.
Shaken, Bloom finally looked apologetic. "I'm sorry Jessie.", she said, looking downcast. Jessie kneeled beside her sister, one arm on her shoulder. "Nothing to worry about Bloom. It's OK. But you shouldn't try rushing to be grown up so fast. It's like that caramel sauce, it takes a while to finish, but it's that much sweeter and stickier for all the waiting. And plus, there are some benefits to being smaller. Remember when you hid in that log when we played hide and seek and it tool me almost a half an hour to find you?" And soon both girls were laughing again in the warm kitchen that smelled like caramel.
