Here is my general list of how I would like this to go.




Two Teams: Good vs. Evil


Need List of Characters anime, manga, muscials, pgsm
allow oc characters

Once characters are done:

Admin get to pick first
mods/rp admin/mods get to pick 2nd
lotus get to pick 3rd
Pryamidal get to pick 4th
Star Seeds get to pick 5th

Will also need judges/mods, (aka non-team oriented people to judge art and speeches)

Free Avatar change (if you want to represent your character)


Points will come from:

Flash games - screen shots to prove score
Contests for art, propaganda
Contests for best speeches (like tuxedo mask's)
Contests for best flatter/groveler? (just for funnsies)
Running events

Things we need to:

screen shot tutorial
Find flash games
Figure out a reasonable points scale and value for each thing


Other:

Mock in character "rp" battles between good and evil. Winner is based on who has the most points at the time.

Winning team gets something?
Highest points winner of the winning team gets a real prize?
Highest points winner of the losing team also get a lesser value prize?
Winning team all gets stickers maybe? (something cheap and can get in bulk?)

Maybe siggy prizes for contest winners, and for highest points scorer in each flash game?

This sounds like loads of fun! :3

Can we call the teams Chaos versus Cosmos?! I know I have sprites and would be willing to make special side-bumpers for each team.

- I can make a screenshot tutorial.
- I know how to make simple flash games and can set them up on the forums.
- From my experience with TCGs, I can make an automated crossword, puzzle and more.

I'd like to make an HTML page (hosted on the forum) that can act as a hub for activity. I can mockup an example if you'd like.

That would be lovely!

I'd like to have a variety of games! meaning some that are not on here, Like Robot Unicorn is a big fave, and any other suggestions, a central hub would be fabulous, but I definitely would like a mock up to really see the potential.

Also, yes to the crosswords and such, the only slight concern I have with this, is I'd like to make it some people can print them off to work on them when they are offline, and to have a way to access them in places that block stuff, like work places. That and my other concern is I know people will want to run things so they can get points ^^

What I am thinking would be the easiest it to make a list with who would be on whos team. I think doubles for some characters could be potentially hilarious, such as if some one chose to be Chibi usa, and some one chose to be Black Lady. (However there could only be of that character on the good side and one of that character on the Bad side: For example, the Good side wouldn't have Usagi, Sailor Moon, and NQS, if some one chose Sailor Moon, Usagi and NQS would be taken off the list)


Now I'm unsure if we should make it so there is a set number on each
side? Like if there are only 30 good characters, then there can only be
30 bad characters? so the teams don't get un even points wise? )


Athena - I would love a tut for Macs if Kakyuu has a PC, the more options the better.



As for the general questions an who is to run what, before we offer up to help run the same things, perhaps it would be best to start of list of what we want to have and THEN divide it up to make sure it's fair?

Wow okay, leaving Artemis and Diana off is an ultimate fail for me XD I'll just put Guardian Cosmos under the banner title "Sailor Power Guardians)" to incorporate all of them, since they all have about the same amount of time in the manga. I'll add Deimos and Phobos too while I'm at it.

I guess it would depend on how many people we are expecting to participate. Given there are 12 people who are willing to help out and quite a few more members who haven't, we should divide whatever number we come up with and that'll give us the character limits. I do agree there should be some sort of evenness to make it fair though. (though if we are one or two off it shouldn't matter)

I'm also happy to make some puzzles (i can do ones that aren't evilly hard too ._. maybe we could have some kind of hosted contest between the two teams in a gameshow style for Sailor Moon Facts and Trivia. You could use the chatbox for that.

For the crossword.. i see your point. I could develop an online crossword but they would need to screencap it and submit. So, what if i just made a PDF version of the same crossword for easy printing? Either way, it will need to be screencapped/scanned then uploaded and submitted. Thoughts?

I feel kinda bad cause I don't know how to make cool bumpers or games or anything

PDFs are nice. Do you have a PDF maker? If not I can always whip one up on my computer cause it's easy peasy xD

You could always do the same for the wordsearch, logic puzzles, etc.

I do agree that Chaos and Cosmos would be great names, if we played on that we could play on the Sailor Wars also.
I think it would be interesting to have a Sailor Wars themed Olympics on this site. Also since we have so many members we will not limit it to those characters either.

Oh yes, I do remember having the Sailor V game from the anime on my computer at one point.
The only problem with that is finding a good source for them. I know there is a main website for it but
we have to put which download to get to use the game on. That we know doesn't have bugs on it, sometimes
its a butt to find.

i second tuxies question on the persona thing. XD and NQS's idea of someone can choose a good of a character and a bad of the same, the Chibiusa/Wicked Lady thing. could be very funny!


as for game ideas, i found two wasteful ideas. XD one is a contest to see who can post last in a thread before a set time. and the other is who can get to a certain number first, say...random number 547? like i would post 1, NQS would post 2, if i was fast enough i could get 3 or someone may beat me to it and i have to take 4

i also would love to possibly make up some Ad-lib games! we could hold a contest for the funniest result. i don't know about the actual programming, but i know i could write the stuff up. like 2 or 3 ad-libs for manga, anime, PGSM, sera muyu and such. EDIT actually i found an online program to make the mad libs! so...yeah

maybe also for fun, a "continue the story" game? the person hosting the game starts with a simple phrase like "Usagi grabbed her brooch to transform and..." and someone else would continue. a word limit enforced to prevent anyone from taking control of the story too much maybe?
