| Eien Densetsu - Summer 1997 Eien Densetsu (Kaiteiban) - The Final First Stage - Winter 1998 Eien Densetsu (Kaiteiban) - The Final First Stage [Senshuuraku] - Winter 1998 [Final Day]
Most SeraMyu Musicals have two versions, an original summer production and a revised winter production. These will have some distinct differences such as plot changes, cast changes and song changes. Sometimes minor, sometimes major. The Senshuuraku Version of the Winter 1998 show is the last day recording, that is, it has some adlibbing from the cast as well as some bonus footage as they say their goobyes.
For specifically these two musicals, the differences aren't as prevalent as say SuperS or Transylvania no Mori. The original Eien Densetsu features some exclusive songs including "Tenkuu no Utage" "Oitsumerarete" and "Mizusakiannainin no Game" while the winter revision, as it is the final show of the first stage dedicates time to some old fan-favourites including "Gondola no Koibitotachi" and "Tabidachi". The most major of cast changes is the the original Saturn, Keiko Takeda does not appear in the summer show but returns for the Winter. The characters of Zoisite, Kunzite, Tin Nyanko and Mitis Kerokko who appear in the summer show are all absent from the winter musical due to plot changes. As Zoisite and Kunzite are missing, so are their romantic subplots involving Ami and Minako respectively. To make up for this, Ami receives more lines and scenes with Usagi as the actress had been in all SeraMyu productions to that date. That is the biggest change. It also means Ami and Zoisite's duet "Itsuwari no Forevermore" is cut.
Most people agree the revision for this musical is the better one, the plot of the summer show gets quite clunky especially towards the end where it begins to feel quite rushed. I also personally feel the romantic subplot with Zoisite and Ami, and Minako and Kunzite was unnecessary. |

| Thanks. i started on Eien Densetsu (Kaiteiban) The FFS!! Senshuuraku and after part 4 on youtube (not act 4) i was "where's Zoisite" since the moonwiki said he was in there. and it was past the scene where they were suppose to frist show up. later I'll finish that one and then try to find the one Zoisite is in. |

| Some info on Myu-Zoisite for you:
Zoisite appears in the original "Eien Densetsu" he was cut from the winter version, his appearance there is very different to previous appearances, both physically and in personality. Zoisite also appears in the original SeraMyu show "Dark Kingdom Fukkatsu Hen" and again in "Starlights Ryuusei Densetsu" (in the latter he is played by former Sailor Neptune actress, Yuuka Asami) (Derp, Jadeite was Neptune not Zoisite), he does not return in "Kakyuuouhi Kourin", instead he is replaced by new character Hematite.
Keep in mind some of the qualities that Zoisite possessed in other versions are removed altogether, for example he is no longer in a homosexual relationship with Kunzite in any musical and instead is paired off with Ami in most cases. Though this is referenced in his first appearance where he mentioned "his lover Kunzite in a previous life". He is also quite alot calmer and reserved than previous portrayals, his trademark vanity and "do not annoy him or he will destroy you" are also removed, so don't get a shock with him but he's most likely not what you're familiar with.
Zoisite sings in a several songs, more than any other member of the Shitennou, he has leading vocals in the duet "Itsuwari no Forevermore" (Lies , Forevermore), performs with the rest of the Shitennou in "Dancing Mistress" and "Saikyou no Couple Gundan" (The Best Couple Corps.), back-up in "Tenkuu no Utage" (Banquet of the Sky), Yami no Hitsuji (Sarcophagus of Darkness) and of course he sings in the Shitennou's own image song "By Heaven! Kami Nomi zo Shiru" (By Heaven! God Only Knows) as well as part of "What For!? Shinjitsu no Kajitsu" (What for!? The Fruits of Truth).

| Lots of male roles are played by females in SeraMyu, Neptune's actress was incredibly popular so I guess she came back one last time for her fans. Fisheye, Hawk's Eye, Kunzite, Prince Demand and Saphir too. Neptune's role had already been filled by former Misterss 9 actress, so it'd be hard to kick her out XD Also OH MY GOD I just had a brain derp. Sorry sorry Zoisite has never been played by a woman. I was thinking about Jadeite but everyone is blonde -.o One of Jadeite's actors was Neptune, Zoisite has always been played by males though. All the Shitennou in the musical "Starlights" have played previous roles... Jadeite was Neptune, Nephrite was Petz and also Gallica, Kunzite's actress had played Kaolinite, Esmeraude, Bilhah Emerald among others and Zoisite's had previously played Professor Tomoe. Total derp moment, I just mixed up the characters in my mind. |
