We all associate nail polish with Sailor Moon, It's hard not to! However to spice it up a little we are highlighting a Nail art Tutorial to spice up the average manicure! This first video is Royal Family themed.

This is so totally awesome. Too bad I don't have this talent of applying nail polish right! It's probably because I am not patient enough to let it dry completely between each step.
