Well this is what I got so far. But her hair not so much. It would most likely look like Rainbows hair. And the lightning bolt crest would be in the chest.

Hey I do the same thing. I use a base for my drawing. But its the way you work around the trace art that makes it look good. ^^

i just trace over a picture so that all the lines are the same...that's usually the problem with bases. the lines of the base and the other drawing are different so it stands out.

Well by looking at your drawings I had no idea you used bases. With other people you can tell right away. That's why I thought your drawings looked really good. I couldn't tell you traced anything.

i actually don't use bases. XD i use stuff from Naoko's art books. i'll show you.

I'm having a hard time with Rainbow dash Profile its hard to come up with something close to her background. She dropped out of flight school and became weather manager in ponyvill for her job. And she wants to join to join a flying team (wonder bolts). I can't think of a history for her.

Can you guys help me on some Ideas please. This part is really stomping me.

weather manager? umm...you realize she's human right? the flying team i understand...you know, airplanes.

@Crystal: I know I was explain a bit of Rainbows history. For my human character I have her on a track team and that's it.

@yami: I thought more about it and didn't know how I work with that. Last night I was saying ideas but didn't make them final. The track team I was going for but I really want her to be training for something Like Rainbow Dash is training for the wonderbolts. I dont know what tho

Her history doesn't need to be super deep or anything. The Wonderbolts could be the country's major track team.

Yup. You can make her your own as long as her personality from MLP is in tack.
