Name of RP: A new Scout arrives

RP notes: RP takes place after the events of the last Sailor Moon season. I hope I am doing this right and if I am alowed to start RPs like this at all, I have only just join the site so if I am doing anything wrong please feel free to tell me how I can fix them.


Several months have passed since Galaxia has been defeated bye the brave Sailor Scouts and no Nega-Verse creatures have been sighted. But all that was about to change. It was midnight in Tokyo, Japan, as everyone was sound asleep, dreaming about what ever their minds could dream up as dark clouds began to form around the center of the city. Thunder sounded and lightning flashed as it seemed to strike one particular spot in the street. Then, a ring of lightning appeared and a vortexe appeared inside the ring. Since this was in the middle of the city, there was metal. Lots and lots of metal everywhere that attracted the lightning forming a ring causing it to shoot out in all sorts of directions causing small explosions. Then without warning, a man jumped out. His dark forest green armor smoking and sizzling from the lightning as he just stood up and looked around his new sorroundings.
"So this is Toykoy in the 21st century..." The man said as he looked around. "How primitive..."
He was armed heavely with machine guns, pistols and grenades. He took the assault rifle out that was strapped to his back. "Now... Time to get to work..." He said as he began wandering the streets of Tokyo.

Hi! ^^ Love the idea! I'm going to move this to the OOC forum though so you an drum up some interested players! There you can talk about this idea and get it rolling; once at least one person has agreed to play with you, you head over to the Storyline Submissions and create a board there with the idea. Saturn will approve it (or ask for a tweak or two here or there) and then you can post it in the RPG Forums (like here in Tokyo City!)

Wow, it sounds really, really, really complicated just to start an RP

Well, let me see if I can explain it a different way.
You've already accomplished quite a bit, actually! Look, you are already half-way done. We can help you finish the other half.
1. Think of a role-play idea. Check! You've done this.
2. Create an OOC thread for your role-play idea, so other people can join. Check! You've done this.
3. Decide whether you want a Relaxed role-play or an Advanced role-play.
4. Fill out the Storyline Submissions Form. Half of a check! You've already written a portion of this.

5. Go here and submit the form you just filled out as a new thread.
6. Wait for Sailor Saturn to approve your storyline idea.
7. Create a role-play thread for your approved storyline idea and begin role-playing!

We use this process so we have an official record of what storylines have been created and so we can help you create your role-play.

So all that is left I need to do is just repost this in the Storyline Submissions?

Actually I think I will completely redo this storyline.

And do I HAVE to use that code when submitting a new story?
