OOC Thread

Haruka grumbled as she tried to force Michirus suitcase shut. She had sat on it, body slammed it, and even had Hotaru push it shut so she could close it with no luck.

"Michiru were going to Hawaii not moving! Can you please lighten your load a little bit?" Haruka grumbled to the aqua haired woman in the other room filling yet another suitcase full of Who knows what.

"it's rather funny I can pack for a week in just one suitcase and still have room when you've already filled four!" she grumbled running her fingers through her dirty blond hair in frustration.

Hotaru just laughed when Haruka finally gave up on closing the case. She knew it'd be almost impossible to shut, but it was fun to try. Hotaru had already packed her bags and was ready to go. Now all they would have to do is wait for Michiru to close her own suitcase or lighten it. "Michiru, maybe you could pack two suitcases? That way you could close your bags." Hotaru said.

Haruka just shook her head at Hotaru and laughed, "please don't encourage her because just remember I'll be the one carrying all these suitcases, and I'll be the one throwing my back out in the process!"

"Michiru time to load up lets go!" she yelled to the other room.

"I can carry my own suitcases Haruka." Hotaru said Smiling. She only had two suitcases and they weren't that heavy. If she could help she'd be glad to. She was really happy to get to go on this trip to Hawaii. She'd never been there before, but it sounded so nice.

Setsuna had just finished taking her "modest" amount of luggage to the car and had walked back inside. She could hear Haruka yelling at Michiru from upstairs complaining about her amount of excess luggage. She laughed to herself at the thought of those two bickering the entire trip. It was funny to think about the quirky family they made.

"Are you guys coming or not?" she yelled to them at the top of the stairs.

Michiru was looking at her swimsuits. She tried to figure out which one of them would be best for Hawaii but she couldn’t
decide since they were all good. She heard Haruka’s voice outside of her room and left yet another suitcase of hers on her bed.

She walked towards Haruka and Hotaru who tried to close her suitcases without succeeding. “Haruka, not all women are like you” she said a little flirt in her voice. “Some might need more things to take with them” she put her hand on Haruka’s shoulder as she looked at the suitcases. Was she really filled this many? She thought that she had packed only the most important things to take to Hawaii…

“I guess I have to leave some suitcases behind” she sighed. Maybe two swimsuits was enough, she could always buy some new ones form Hawaii. “Okay, let’s leave these two behind and I quickly go to take my swimsuits in one of them, okay?” she smiled at Haruka and Hotaru as she left only two suitcases and one bag to take with her.

Haruka blinked in disbelief that Michiru had actually agreed to leave some of her suitcases behind.

"Um Michi are you sick or something because usually you would fight me to no end about how important each of your things are and how there's no way you could leave any of it behind?" Haruka pointed out questionably scratching the back of her head and wondering just what had gotten into her and then she heard Setsuna calling from downstairs.

"Be there in a minute!" she called back downstairs still waiting on Michiru to decide.

Michiru laughed, maybe she really was sick.
” I can buy new clothes from Hawaii so I don’t need to take everything with me.
And if I have to, I can leave my painting equipment behind” she smiled, “But I
still take my violin with me. I could need it there” Michiru lift her gaze at
Haruka. “Besides Ruka, you should know that if I just have you with me, I don’t
need anything else” she whispered in her ear, flirting.

Haruka felt a blush creep across her face and a chill creep up her spine from the sound of Michirus voice reverberating in her ear. It was almost too much and if it wasn't for the fact that Hotaru was standing in their midst things may have gotten out of control on her part.

She then proceeded to clear her throat to get those not so nice images of the beautiful woman standing beside of her out of her head before she lost it.

"Well Setsuna is waiting so let's all get going then." she replied.

Michiru covered her mouth with her hand as
she giggled. She had succeeded to make Haruka blush which was very rare and
Michiru thought that she looked very cute like that, blushing for her words.
“Don’t you think you’re a little bit too cold to me? She teased her again when
she began to walk where Setsuna was waiting for them.

For Setsuna, packing was pretty easy. Though she had a large suitcase, a duffel bag and a smaller carry-on bag, she knew exactly what to bring, and had even planned out each outfit for the day. That was how she had made use of her time the day before.

As she waited for the rest of the crew to join her downstairs, Setsuna couldn't help but daydream a bit about what their vacation was going to be like. Calm, relaxing and above all, fun! Her head was quickly brought back down to earth when she heard giggling coming from behind her.

"There you two are," she said, grinning. "I thought you guys would never be coming! Is Hotaru ready as well?"

Haruka sighed knowing it was going to be a very long vacation with temptation lurking around the corner when it came to Michiru. She strained trying to carry all of Michiru's luggage and her own at the same time, but she didn't complain as they walked outside Hotaru way in the front And her way in the back. Everyone seated themselves in the car as she adjusted the luggage in her trunk. After shutting the trunk she walked around to the drivers side and opened the door key in hand. She placed the car in the ignition causing the engine to roar to life. Setusna and Hotaru sat in the back while she and Michiru sat in front.

" Hawaii here we come!" she announced putting the car in drive and speeding off towards the airport.

Michiru sat next to Haruka and felt the wind blowing in from the opened window. “Isn’t it great? We can finally rest and live weeks in a rented mansion” Michiru said “We have time to relax, swim in the Hawaiian ocean and be carefree for a while” she smiled, “And I’m sure that Ruka will love the fresh air and wind there" The vacation they had planned would be awesome.


“Well, what is the first thing you’re going to do when we have arrived and unpacked our suitcases?” Michiru asked the others.

"I plan on taking a nap in my nice fluffy bed in our ten room condo!" Haruka yawned as she changed lanes as they approached the Tokyo international airport.

"carrying all your luggage has exhausted me Michi!" Haruka teased jokingly poking her in the side.

“My, so that’s how it is?” she smiled amused. “Well, I’m sure you know who is going to make all meals for us so maybe it’s just fair for you to carry my bags. We all know how terrible cook you are, don’t we?” she teased her lover and running her fingers through her hair she took her violin case from the floor. “Let me take one of them then” she continued as she laid her hand on Haruka’s to take one of the suitcases to carry herself.

Haruka shook her head taking the violin case away from Michiru.

"I can carry it my dear after all your to beautiful to be broken down by the weight of these bags and far as cooking is concerned there will be no need since our condo will have daily furnished meals from the staff that run the place." Haruka teased as they all made their way out of the car.

Michiru smiled, this was the typical Haruka she had used to live with, always teasing her playfully. “Well that sounds great. At least none of us has to worry about cooking, that’s a real vacation mood” she smiled and looked at Haruka “Don’t be too hard to yourself darling” she whispered smiling and continued: “It wouldn’t be any good if you burdened yourself too much before our vacation. I don’t want you sleep in bed all day while we are enjoying our time on beach” she teased her. Then she turned around and asked a question from all of them: “I've been wondering how many rooms we have… Do we have shared rooms?"

Hotaru just shrugged. She had no clue how many rooms they had. All she could think of was Hawaii and the beach! She was so excited to go on this trip with her family. She could relax and lay on the beach and read. That would be something to look forward to. She had packed a few books and she figured that if she finished those she could always get more. Fantasy novels were her favorite and she read very fast. So Hotaru just smiled as the rest of her family argued and poked fun at each other.

Haruka yawned once again before she spoke standing beside the car waiting for everyone to get out, "Well we have ten rooms! Four bedrooms, a kitchen, a den, a living room, two bathrooms, and a huge gaming room with really big flat screen TVs you know for those rainy days we can't get to the beach of course!". She noticed Michiru eyeing her intently when she pointed out the "gaming" room meaning Haruka had probably booked this place for that single fact only since she had a guilty pleasure of racing games along with an addiction to EPSN.

Setsuna smiled as she got out from behind the driver's side of the backseat. "Well, it sounds like we'll have plenty of room even if we want to switch rooms now and then!" She laughed, imagining if that ever happened. Everyone switching rooms all the time like something on a comedy show.

"Wonder what kind of games they'll have in the gaming room," She mused, nearly to herself. This was going to be the best time ever.

She waited for Haruka to pop the trunk and unloaded her share of suitcases; she was more than ready to unpack.

Hotaru rushed into the house with her bags with a big smile on her face! She wanted to find the best room! She would be the one to get it. She smiled as she ran around the house looking for a room. Then she stumbled upon a beautiful room with all glass for a wall and it looked right out over the ocean. She threw her stuff on the bed and claimed the room.

She Walked out of the room and called to Haruka, Michiru, and Setsuna so they knew she had staked her claim. "I call this one!" Hotaru said smiling.

Haruka muttered under her breath as she opened the trunk and began unloading everyone's luggage.

"That's grand and all but just remember your luggage! I don't have ten hands!" she called to them and began taking Michirus luggage to the condo first.

" Dont worry Michi I wasn't referring to you of anything." she stated quickly defending herself.

"I already got mine." Hotaru said to Haruka, "So what are we going to do first? Go to the beach? Go shopping? Read? Play games? Tan? Swim? So many things to choose from!"

“My, I will reimburse your hardship someday, dear” she smiled. When she heard Hotaru’s exited questions she began to giggle; Hotaru was so thrilled about this vacation. “Hotaru-chan…” Michiru said “I think I'm going to go to swim first, would you like to come with me? And does anyone else want to come to the beach with us?" she asked looking at Haruka and Setsuna as she put her big, brimmed hat on her head.

Haruka just kind of gave Michiru a look.

"We can go swimming later but lets unpack right now and get all settled in and have some lunch! That flight was pretty long, and I'm kinda tired." she yawned slinging multiple suitcases over her shoulder and walking towards the condo.

Haruka walked inside to see a beautiful dining room with a hanging glass chandelier. She was sure Hotaru had probably moved upstairs since her room at their home was in the attic. Haruka decided to settle on a downstairs bedroom instead and found the perfect one with a window view of the ocean Michiru would just love.

"Michi come look at your room!" Haruka called out.

”You’re right darling” Michiru laughed.” I think it’s better for us to just stay here. Maybe we should call it a day now and just have some rest” she looked at Hotaru.

She continued her conversation with Hotaru when she heard Haruka calling her. “What is it dear?” she asked Haruka and entered the room she was in. Her eyes began to shine when she saw the room. It was beautiful; the design was very elegant yet simple and window view of the ocean was perfect. Michiru had to struggle to stand on her feet because of all the perfection she saw. She laid her hand on Haruka’s shoulder admiring the room. “It’s perfect…” she whispered to her partner.

Haruka smirked as she wrapped her arms around the petite woman and hugged her frame and then whispered in her ear, "But there's more."

Haruka spun Michiru around to see the oils, paints, brushes, canvases, and supplies she had specifically ordered for her to use while she was here. She knew there was no way Michiru could resist the beauty of this place nor the chance to paint it either.

"I hope you like them." she added.

Michiru’s hands rose to cover her mouth for the surprise she felt “Ruka…” Michiru whispered warmly. This was her dream come true, being with the outers (and especially with her lover) on vacation, living at the huge mansion and having painting equipment to paint the beautiful landscapes with. “You did this for me…?” she asked touched. “I don’t know how to thank you enough…!” she hugged her beloved and gave her a gentle kiss on her lips.

Haruka kissed the other woman's forehead gently and just held her there, "We can discuss that later! Okay?" she smirked nuzzling her cheek.

"I think I'm going to go unpack and wait on dinner to start but in the meantime feel free to explore the condo and do anything you like." Haruka remarked.
