Well that was a cryptic answer. Hotaru thought. That just meant that they weren't as cocky as they seemed. Which meant that the others would have a hard time trying to save her. They probably had plenty of guards and ways to keep the senshi's powers at bay. If they had been cocky they would have had an easier time saving her. Hotaru made a silent plea to the gods. Please protect them!

Although she appreciated her best friends' comfort, Setsuna pulled away from them and stood up from the bed, turning to face them both. She wiped away the remaining tears and stood up tall as she said, "Then let's go."

All she could see were imagined flashes of poor Hotaru alone and scared, surrounded by people who knew who she was. If anything happened to her, Setsuna wasn't sure how she would be able to handle it.

And if anyone hurt her, Setsuna wasn't sure she would be able to stop herself from getting revenge.

"A deserted building, correct?" she asked. "But there could be any number of deserted buildings in the center of town..."

But before she allowed herself to be caught up in her fears and worry again, Setsuna pushed the sadness aside and focused on her determination to save her daughter.

"Michiru, do you think your mirror will help us determine which building is the correct one once we get closer to the center of town?"

As Michiru felt Setsuna pulling away and standing up, leaving her and Haruka sit on the bed, her eyes were shadowed with worry as she knew how Setsuna felt inside her heart and despite her trying to be strong Michiru could see the worry inside her friend’s mind. If something happened to Hotaru none of them would give mercy for the people who had hurt her and she knew it wouldn’t be any help, they had to get to her before anything worse happened. Michiru nodded to Setsuna as an answer to her first question, still remembering the view of the building she had seen, like it was standing in front of her right now.

“I’m sure about it Setsuna” the teal haired woman said, a strong determination in her voice. After the first shock began to fade away Michiru felt herself much more powerful as her mind had already prepared for the coming fight. Just when Michiru has about to stand up a new vision came to her mind. It felt like she was walking inside the deserted building she had seen in her earlier vision and stopped in front of stairs which ended up to the door of a basement. She could hear Hotaru’s voice coming from the dark room where also the kidnappers seemed to be in but before she could walk down the narrow stairs to get to the basement room the vision was gone and she found herself leaning on the bed as she had begun to stand up before the vision had filled her mind but stopped then. Her eyes were widened from the view she had seen as it had come up so suddenly that it was hard to tell when it had hit her mind.

Haruka could see that Michiru was deep in thought. She knew that she was having a premonition of some sort. Michiru could gaze into her mirror and it would give them signs of things that were coming, but she knew the look brewing within her eyes was different. She was seeing something very real to her. These visions also had a tendency to sap her energy when she had them as well. Haruka grabbed Michiru before she could fall instinctively once her eyes looked normal again.

"What did you see?" she whispered softly giving Michiru needed support.

Setsuna could sense that Michiru was having another vision, from the way her eyes went almost blank and her body was rigid as the powerful premonition took over her mind. It looked nearly painful and Setsuna always had to look away whenever Michiru had that look on her face. The very idea of having something entering her mind like that made Setsuna uncomfortable.

The rustling of clothing caught Setsuna's attention and she turned to look back at her best friends. Haruka had been able to catch Michiru before the teal-haired woman could fall from her weakened state. Setsuna heard as Haruka whispered a question to Michiru, and it was the same question Setsuna wanted to know as well.

"Hotaru?" Setsuna added, her voice just as quiet. She didn't want to get her hopes too high, but Michiru's visions were strong, and a part of her wished that Michiru would now have all of the answers for them to go and rescue their daughter.

Before Michiru could fall to the bed she had sat just moments ago she felt the familiar strong arms of her lover grabbing her as her body returned from rigid to normal. Her deep blue eyes still a bit wide the view of the building was reflected from her eyes as the unclear talk from the cold basement was echoing in her ears. The premonition had left her mind as quickly as it had entered but some parts of it had stayed in her mind and Michiru didn’t have time to prepare for it to hit her consciousness. It had been more powerful than the casual premonitions she used to have and the teal haired woman had a bad feeling about it, as this sort of visions didn’t appear to her very often, not in situations like this one.

The soft words of her lover echoed in her ears as the premonition had slowly left her mind completely and she stood up leaning on the blonde beside her, taking the support she offered. She nodded to both women in the room, her eyes and face having a serious look. “I was inside the building; the whole space was deserted as there were only few benches and boxes around and no furniture any close by. I heard voices coming from the basement and I’m sure they’re keeping Hotaru there but before I got to walk down the stairs I was back here.” she told her fellow senshi, closing her eyes for a little while. “We need to get there as soon as possible; I have a bad feeling about this” Michiru said her eyes open again, darkened even more as the anxiousness inside her was growing.

Michiru turned her head to her lover and gave the blonde a thanking smile for giving her support and catching her on time. She hoped the three of them would get to Haruka's car quickly so they could head to the town and get to Hotaru as the exact location of the deserted building was starting to clear in her mind.

"Let's get going then!" Haruka said sharply as she squeezed Michirus hand in her own before leading her out the door. She made sure that the smaller woman had the support she needed. She watched as Setsuna followed close behind out into the monsoon. The wind blew fiercely as Haruka unlocked the door with a click of a button. She held the door open for Setsuna and assisted Michiru who got in on the passenger side. She then got in on the drivers side of the car after she quickly threw the door open. The engine roared to life, and she quickly got the windshield wipers going.

"Let's get going!" Haruka exclaimed putting the car in drive before speeding away fully relying on Michiru to lead them to where they needed to go.

Setsuna watched intently as Michiru came back from her premonition. She stayed where she was, and watched as the other two supported each other.

As Michiru began to explain the vision, Setsuna's concern continued to grow and grow. Hotaru was locked up in a place like that? It sounded horrible, and she didn't like to think of her daughter being all alone, with no one to help her deal with the dark and the loneliness. What did these people even want with Hotaru?

Not for the first time, Setsuna felt anger welling up inside of her, and she had to work to keep it from overwhelming her. She was not used to feeling such strong and passionate emotions like this. Emotions were something she felt she had control over. But whenever it came to Hotaru, it was different.

She agreed with Haruka's insistence that the three of them head out right away, and she followed after her two best friends towards the car.

Once everyone was inside, Haruka rode off at her usual insane speeds. Generally Haruka's driving looked crazy to any normal person, but those who knew her knew that there was no other safer driver than Haruka Tenoh. Setsuna just hoped that was true even in as big a storm as the one they were currently caught in.

"Michiru, do you know where we need to go?" Setsuna asked, tearing her eyes away from the storm outside of the car. She pushed away all thoughts of little Hotaru and focused on calming herself. It was difficult, especially remembering how Michiru had reacted after her newest vision...
