As she approached closer to the festival, Myrina heard screams as people rushed past her in a frightened wave. She frowned and stopped. She needed to transform before she got to the festival or else she would be in trouble. There was a small alley way nearby that she raced to. Myri glanced around to double check that no one was around, before she focused her attention onto the yellow sphere hanging on her charm bracelet.
Still a little unused to this kind of thing, she pushed away the awkward feeling before saying, "Bellatrix Star Power, Make Up!"
The transformation took her by surprised. Golden light surrounded her until it was all she could see, all she could feel. It engulfed her and tingled on her skin. Strength and power rushed through her and when she felt something warm and metallic against her fingers, she grasped it without hesitation.
Sailor Bellatrix stood in the wake of the glittering gold light. As her feet touched the ground once more, she stood still for only a moment, catching her breath. Then she began to run once more.
Down the street and around the corner and then the festival was right in front of her. Well, what was left of it, anyway. The scene in front of her looked as though it had come straight from some kind of horror movie. Thick smoke clung to everything, and most of the furnishings were broken or destroyed. There were unmoving bodies lying on the ground and Sailor Bellatrix felt her initial fear coming back.
Something flew backwards and into one of the nearby buildings. This was followed by a loud growl from the center of all the smoke. A monster stood there, its head turned and twisted in a sickening angle. But then it was moving towards the slumped figure, a fist outstretched and ready to attack.
"Sailor Mintaka!" Bellatrix cried out. But just yelling the other girl's name wouldn't be enough. She had to act fast.
"Bellatrix Amazon Twist!" She ran towards the enemy, her long legs aiding her in speed. A few feet away, she jumped up into the air, her hands tightly gripping her spear. Gravity began to pull her down once more, and she aimed the point of her spear straight for the monster. It was a difficult thing to maneuver, as the monster had a chance of getting out of the way before the impact, but she hoped it was enough to at least distract the damned thing into fleeing rather than continuing its attack.
