| ^^ I usually go into paint and use the resize tool, click 'pixels', and change it to 100x100 there, then save and upload the image. If you wanted to give me the original URL of a 100x100 aspect ratio image, I could resize it for you. |

here thank you =D Type in "Paint for mac" on Google and there's a similar program. For cropping go to iPhoto, use the crop tool, and click the checkbox for "Constrict image size" then use the dropdown menu to type in the dimensions you want to constrict it to. |
