Crystal Tokyo has been at peace for thousands of years, and Sailor Chibi Moon has just taken her place as the rightful heir to the throne. A few years passed and she married Helios, and they happily settled down. One day a shuttle appeared and landed in Crystal Tokyo. The occupants of the shuttle were from the planet Messier located in the Adromeda galaxy. They told the queen that their planet had been destroyed and that all their planet's resources were gone and that the only remaining few of their race were the ones on the shuttle. Small Lady Serenity felt sorry for them and said as long as they came peacefully she would allow them to stay on earth and colonize a small island. The people from Messier strongly disagreed with the queen and told her that they wanted to dwell among the rest of the human race, but the queen knew this would cause an uproar among her people, and she forbade it. The Messier people became angry with the queen and began overthrowing the kingdom. The Messierans were so strong that even the former senshi of the previous Queen Serenity could not even defeat them. Small Lady watched as her father King Endymion and Neo Queen Serenity were slain in cold blood along with the rest of her senshi. Sailor Pluto was the last to fall and stopped time so that Small Lady and King Helios along with her guardian senshi could run away in hiding. The king and queen along with their guardians found a deep barren place under the castle to hide in that no one else knew about. Small Lady thought it would be in her best interests to seal herself away in hopes the planetary senshi could be reborn again in stronger forms. Small Lady with the power of the silver crystal sealed herself away into a deep coma until the new senshi could awaken and be reborn but before she did this she used most of her powers to disperse everyone's sailor crystals into different parts of the world so that they might all be reborn in a different geography and be able to protect the Earth. After sealing herself and Helios away her guardian senshi stand and protect their beloved queen. Five hundred years have now passed and the Messieran race has exploded breeding with other human beings and creating a super human race. In different locations around the world the Sera Senshi begin to awaken, and Helios has awakened from his sleep and has reverted back to his pegasus form. He then begins to search the globe in hopes of finding each sera senshi to help him defeat the Messerian dictators and restore peace to the human race. The only way Small Lady can ever wake up is if all nine sera gather around her lending her their powers.

Keypoints
1. The sera senshi are "pure" senshi and are not the results of breeding with Messieran people.
2. The seras are male and female.
3. They are from all over the world.
4. They DO NOT have the same features as the former senshi.
5. The Seras have different attacks but the SAME element as the former senshi.
6. Sera character names need to be in sync with their element not names like "Bob" or "Joe".
7. Messerian villans are welcome! The apperance of the Messier people are like that of the Avatar people XD
8. Some civillans are a mix between Messier's and human beings but some humans are still completly "human" with no mix of the Messier DNA.
9. The mixed race of Messiers and humans are VERY strong and have special abilities (ex: telepathic abilities, super human strength, breathing under water, etc)
10. Messier otakus are welcome but NO EXTRA SENSHI!

So far in Sailor Moon canon, we've been dealing with threats and allies from within the milky way galaxy. What if the aliens came from our closest neighbor - Andromeda? Also: what if they conquered because of their advanced technology. Then with you going the elemental route it could almost be a "nature vs technology" sort of deal.

What if in her desperation - the power of it - caused the starseeds being sent to transform into more pure, powerful states? So much so that instead of manifesting as a dual identity (another aspect of the persona) they just "are" - their powers are a part of them. Or, their powers are a part of them and they do transform, but its more seamless - it appears with a shouted phrase as they are running? Instead of perhaps being "one attack" its more.. primal - the former attacks mixed with melee combat?

I've looked up some root words, latin since they are in "pure forms", and played with them a bit. I included chibimoon because she has her own seed now - she doesn't have to be sailor moon's daughter - highly unlikely, even. She is simply another warrior now. You could almost go as far as to say she could be the leader - being the mix between the moon and the earth, the seed is the power of the silver and golden combined.

Sera (followed by their element) could be a warrior title, like a "knighting"? So they could be: Sera Scerevita, Sera Accendia, etc?

I also think that perhaps they could all come from different parts of the world? If you accept that the aliens come from Andromeda and conquer through technology, they probably have turned humanity into a slave race and the planet into a factory. These girls (or guys?) exhibited strange powers/behavior and have been gathered into one place. Perhaps they have to escape (they clash, they recognize the potential within) and then somehow learn about their destiny and about the past? Travel the planet, freeing humanity? Head to the mothership and shutdown the hold of the Andromedians.

These are all just ideas kinda working on what you had keep, transform, love, hate - but I was inspired and felt I should speak up ^^;

Wow talk about a revelation! I love your ideas Averi! I like the andromeda bit especially and we can work with the names! Would you like to help me create a better story line? And so your saying chibimoon is still alive right? Perhaps also they are "special" because they can control their element naturally like Mercurys character can make water move in a glass or something? I also think changing their appearance would be good too and they don't all have to be female.

I think it'd be cool if they could be different genders. I'd really like them to be able to have different personalities since they are not the same people as the original senshi. I really like that they are more powerful.

So what will we call this RP? So do we need to set up an outline of ideas? Are we ready to submit the idea to the forum it goes in? If not what else will we need?

I want to make the plot better and then begin doing character profiles. I need to write a better plot or maybe Averi could write us one.

Okay. Averi would you like to help us? Maybe we could all pitch in ideas and figure out where we'd like this plot to stem from?

I'm all in for helping, did you want to brainstorm here? I'd be fine with helping to detail a background story, setting, characters and rough game outline. I could make fancy graphics, even.

Okay what should we call our enemies then? I'd like to keep character names in close range with the element the sera bears. What do you guys think?

I think that should be good. Maybe opposing elements of the sera or more darker versions of the words?

What if the Andromedians, seeing the powers of the senshi, attempted to synthetically replicate them? So regular guards/etc have mild elemental enhancements but there are 10 super soldier types that mirror the sera?

Also: what if chibiusa was frozen in crystal, as opposed to dying, with her guardians standing watch over her. The Amazon soldiers could be locked in a permanent stasis - so more characters aren't involved, maybe they could wake up in the end, once Chibiusa unlocks the full power of her Pink Crystal.. and it morphs into something like her mothers silver one?

and then what if her "grave" was uncovered by human workers? when they attempt to get near the powers of the Amazon knock them away. So the aliens decide to move her..? Perhaps when they do, it awakens the powers dormant in the girls and they all get taken to the same central location in tokyo?

I'll work in a permanent storyline and that sounds better to me! There won't be a sailor moon character since Chibiusa will just be frozen.

The more the merrier! I'm going to bed right now but tomorrow I'm going to update the plot line and tweak some character names. You guys can be deciding on who you would like to play. I think I'm going to add the amazon quartet as a later group of characters and chibi moon as well. I'm going to let you guys pick what characters you want first! I'll go last and I've got to come up with some villains too.
