Okay, I did a search and I didn't find a topic on this game series. Does anyone on this forum like the Kingdom Hearts series? Excited for Kingdom Hearts: Dream, Drop, Distance coming out this July 31st? Like Kingdom Hearts 1? 2? 358/2 Days? Coded? Chain of Memories? Birth By Sleep? Maybe someone got their hands on the Final Mixes of the games?

I like Kingdom Hearts, But I have never finished any of the games.

I have played the first one as child on my old friend's PS2. I couldn't get past the first boss in Traverse Town (sorry for the spelling error). Last year I was able to play it again on my best friend's PS2 and I finally beat that boss! So I'm running around Wonderland like a idiot. I haven't played it in awhile though.

I have chain of memories for the GBA. Never gotten around to beating it.

I have 358/2 Days for my DS. I also never gotten around to being it.

I bought a 3Ds just so I could play dream drop. I've played and own all the games. The story line is amazing!

I love Kingdom Hearts, but there are way too many side-games that I have never bothered with. I've only played the main ones on Playstation and I'm eagerly awaiting concrete news about KH3.

Agree Venus the side games just make things confusing. I mean I don't know the whole story, but I feel like the side games are a bit confusing.

It's not like Zelda where you can "reuse" the same characters in almost every game and it still makes sense.

I have both the DS games and have the first Kingdom hearts game. Unfortunately I'm bad at video games so I haven't gotten very far in any of them, but I really like the games.

I've beaten like everything except Chain of Memories (I hate the card decks), and Re:Coded. I feel like those games are pretty linear enough to fly through (that's what keeps me on track though people complain about games being "too linear" like FFXIII). A couple of the games, I agree, are kinda pointless. Like 358/2 Days for example. That I'm pretty certain was made only because of the fan response to Organization XIII. People really loved them, probably wanted to play as them, so Square Enix and Disney were like "what the hell. Let's make up something for these guys." And Re:Coded I think was supposed to hint at Dream, Drop, Distance at the end of the game...

Really, the most important games are: KH1, Chain of Memories, KH2, Birth By Sleep, Dream, Drop, Distance.

I also would love Final Mixes too. Omg. The reverse of theirs; Japanese voice overs with English subtitles and text. I would be in heaven. Especially with Birth By Sleep because I cannot stand the voice acting in that game. I'm sure there's enough people that would love that too to make the game sell over here...it'd just be for the more "hardcore" KH nerds or people that like their Japanese stuff and cannot stand English versions but put up with it anyway lol

(Side note: yeah Zelda is amazing. I really wanna play Skyward Sword but I lack a Wii >.>)

358/2 bugged me, and I traded it in because I couldn't finish it. I did, however, get playing cards with all their faces on them. FAVE DECK OF CARDS.

I have Birth By Sleep but my psp loads ridiculously slow and I can't handle it.

I'm good with the whole KH story though!

Im not peeved at it. XD I'm just saying 358/2 is a slow game. Well where I am it's being slow. I really like Chain of Memories.

The game is slow but if you het closer to the end it gets better.

Did not like Chain of Memories. Blah. The decks were bad. I mean I like Organization XIII but that's about it lol

yeah the decks can be annoying, but I like the worlds in it. ^^

I love Kingdom Hearts! I'm about to finish 1, and I finish 2 ages ago. I really hope I like Dream Drop Distance. I really was never interested in the others. I played Re:Chain of Memories but I hated the gameplay.

My favorite character is Axel, and I hate it when he's shipped with Roxas. xD

Oh god people shipping Org XIII characters is what killed me liking KH in the first place. I beat the first game and played about 2 hours of the 2nd game. Never played any of the others.

I just had shippings and pairings shoved down my throat for a while so it just turned me off.

Loved the first game though! I had so much fun with it. ^^

Okay I'm not that hardcore for them, but I do love them. They're my favorite pairing ever in KH. Everrrrr. Then Sora x Riku and Zexion x Demyx. XD shipping is fun, but I'm not that hardcore. I will cross my fingers for them to become canon though!

But I do have evidence to support the Akuroku (Axel x Roxas) ship.

Just don't shove it down my throat. I don't really care what you ship, its just hwen people are like "OMG LOOK AT THIS" and i'm like "but i don't know anything about these characters, i'm not really interested...oh...i guess... sure... just leave me alone" XD

Haha, I won't. I just wanted to see if anyone liked the series, not the ships. I feel it's mostly mixed. Which, is understandable.

I know I'm mixed because they've delayed KH3 for so long for who knows why. Dream, Drop, Distance is supposed to be the game before KH3 (as in after this game KH3 should come out)...but I don't know. I feel like I've lost hope in there being a KH3 anytime soon.

Meanwhile, if anyone follows Final Fantasy and the Fabula Nova Crystallis project (Final Fantasy XIII, Final Fantasy XIII-2, Final Fantasy Versus XIII).....I don't know how they're doing while they wait for Versus XIII. That's ridiculous right there. That's just as bad as waiting for KH3, but their game has been in development for god...6 years now? It was announced in 2006 and still doesn't have a release date. Now that is a horrible tease. That's downright cruel XD

Yeah, when it comes to those franchises...I dunno what Square is up to. :/ They keep putting out some quality games that aren't part of those franchises... maybe its a way to boost money towards them. Haha. Like, there was Nier and Square Enix has been working on Sleeping Dogs which is coming out this Aug (which is basically a True Crime sequel without the name) plus other games I can't think of at the moment.

I feel like Square is hurting themselves more than anything. Keep people waiting this long and they'll lose interest x.x I mean sure, side games can be fun, but I don't want just side games. I want the story to keep progressing, as promised.

I'm gunna be honest with you...the second they announce the 3rd kingdom hearts and its preorderable...its going to be a mad house of KH fans rushing to preorder it.

Oh I know that but I know people are losing interest. Not everyone, but there are some that are, I'm sure. I'm wavering. x.x sucks.
