| I've always wondered what sort of planet Kinmoku is. Did Naoko simply make it up or is it really a planet that could harbor life somewhere in our universe? The details she gives us about Kinmoku are vague except that it was destroyed by Galaxia. What kind of planet do you think it is? Is a water based planet like Neptune? Mountainous like Venus or perhaps very small like pluto? What would Princess Kakayuu's palace look like? Is it perhaps much larger than the Moon Kingdom? I know there isn't much to debate, but I was just wondering what you thought of this mysterious planet. |

| I always thought of Kinmoku as the only life-sustaining planet in a system of four planets; Kakyuu was the senshi of Kinmoku, and so the Princess of the system, with Sailor Star Fighter, Maker, and Healer as the senshi of the dead planets in the system. Being a life-supporting planet, it was terrestrial, probably with a water-based system with oxygen-producing and -needing species (along with most other planets that harbor life in Naoko's universe, thus the reason why all those aliens could just chill on earth without a breathing system).
Based on Kakyuu's princess dress, I was thinking of an ancient Japanese-esque culture.

| I like to image Kinmoku as a giant red planet with three orbiting moons. One Blue, one Purple and one green^^ |

| Kinmoku is/was probably a life supporting planet. But for some reason I think of it as being kinda fiery? Maybe that's just the association with Kakyuu meaning fireball. So it could be kinda volcano-y, or at the very least, hotter than Earth. |
