Hi all, what i was thinking for this contest, is that we do one everday of the week with a different image. I would like for someone to run the threads for each day. Of course if you have some different ideas, please let me know, I'm very open to everything. ^_^

Do these images have to be printed out & colored or can we use photoshop?

I was thinking we should allow both. ^_^

Maybe have some days with photoshop and some days without, just to make it fair to people who don't have editing programs and or are unable to do it?

Hm, true... or maybe divide it into traditonal and digital depending on ho wmany entries? Its really just for fun... so its not super serious.

Ok, I was thinking like it was going to be an actual contest. Maybe just pool together a giant gallery of everyone's work then.

What about if you're going to do hand coloring why not have it in colored pencils one day, crayon another, and then maybe markers? Just an idea!

Ok so let me get this straight.. we have a mini event with the birthdays and we are having a week long event for the anniversary? correct?

The only reason I was confused was because I suggested that for the mini event. lol

If we decided to do a Coloring contest for the mini b-day event then we will save those two for it. Also scheduling is good. When does this start? This sunday? Because that would be awesome, I have school off all next week.

Shizuka, the mini birthday event is this weekend because June 30th is Usaig's and Chibi-Usa's bdays.

Ok so everyday a different picture.. I will go through the pictures to find about 7 and I will work on the post for it.

Also I think if we do photoshop.. I think it limits too much because some people dont have photoshop. I think it would be better if we called it digital day or something like that. Like they can use photoshop, gimp, paint, ect to color it.

There should be a deadline time and announcement of winner time.
Or did you want to get a winner but not announce them until the end of the week?
I know we will have a showcase at the end but do you want them to find out about it before or during the showcase post?

I will also make the voting a poll so just in case say I or someone would like to enter also. We can with out prejudiced against the votes. So it will be far.

Oh when i say people can use photoshop...i just mean using any digital means...I tend to accidenlty use photoshop as my overall "this is how i make arts on mah computers" term. >.>

Why not have deadline by like midnight of whatever time zone you live in? Then we vote the next day, while the next contest begins? What do you think?

For the winners, you could make a thread called like "Coloring Contest Winners!" and then as we get winners for each day, post them there.
