Hallo Moonies,

So we already have a thread dedicated to *listing* Sailor Moon sites over here. But I would like to know is which ones are your favorites? The ones you haunt all the time?

I've been a Moonie fan for a very long time, which unfortunately means that I have had to see some amazing sites disappear. Two of my all time favorites were:
- usagiandmamoru.com; the most beautiful shrine to UsaMamo ever made.
- moonandmask.com; i can't believe this one died as well! it was so amazing.

But anyways, to some that still live. Epic oldies that have stood the test of time:
- serenitatis.com; the ultimate gallery site dedicated to UsaMamo images. my. gosh.
- serapii-kisu; run by the same webmistress, a shrine dedicated to usagi. so gorgeous and unique.

And other wonderful that have started up:
- missdream.org; incredible manga scans translated, my god this site is a treasure.
- sailormooncenter.net; my love for the anime was totally rekindled by their HQ episodes.
- sailormusic.net; thanks to them, my ipod is happily full of moonie songs.
- snowdrop; a very clean and elegant site with lovely content. - now ai-no-senshi.net !
- CHIBA just a token male; this site vanished for a few weeks and i almost lost my mind. O.o
- moonsticks.org; i am here all. the time. always on the hunt for new updates.

Ooh, great thread! I've got tons! And Jup, I know what you mean about seeing sites disappear! I've only been into Sailor Moon for about 3 1/2 years, but I've seen some AMAZING sites disappear! It's so sad!

PICTURE SITES:

TinyStar- Has incredible screencaps of all the Senshi’s attacks, transformations, and special scenes.
Shiningmoon.pl- In Polish, but a wonderful site and easy to navigate!
Sailor Galaxy- In Russian, but it’s easy to navigate or you can just use an online translator. They have screencaps of almost every Sailor Moon episode!
Aquantis- You can download ALL of the BSSM anime artbooks here, as well as many of the board books!
Three-Lights -A very wonderful and unique gallery! They have scans from some very rare books.
Only Shoujo -In Italian, but easy to understand! It has some of the wonderful new Italian SM art.


SHRINES TO THE CHARACTERS:

Morning Star, Go! My Heaven, and Heart Vibration- FANTASTIC Venus shrines!
Heavy Metal-- Dedicated to Sailor Heavy Metal Papillon.
Twin Towers- and Sacrification-- dedicated to Sailors Lethe and Mnemosyne.
Simply Serenity- A shrine for the one and only Queen of the Silver Millennium!
Beautiful Dreamer-- Dedicated to Chibiusa!
Emerald Star-- A site for the one and only Jupiter!
Innocence- A great Mercury shrine!
Eternal Flame- a shrine for Sailor Moon herself! (also check out Serapii-kisu, which Jupita recommended!)
Cremare and In Flames-- Dedicated to the fiery and passionate Rei!
Crimson Mysteria- A shrine for the lovely Pluto!
Black Dove, Eventide, and Awoken Destruction- Shrines to Saturn! I've got to say, Hotaru has the best shrines!
Sea Sky, Wind Water- Dedicated to the lovely lovers, Uranus and Neptune!
Aquarelle- Dedicated to Michiru!
Moonflower- A site for the most enigmatic senshi and my namesake, Cosmos!

OTHER

The Oracle- THE place to go for Sailor Moon!
Ten(sen)shi - A fantastic Sailor Moon directory!
Wikimoon - Sailor Moon’s very own Wikipedia! It’s a fantastic site.
Sera Myu Antics-- This site is FANTASTIC; you can download ALL of the CDs from the musicals!

people can't say: "i want the anime here on dvd" (like many poeple in germany) and at the same time "i need my illegale score at the internet" ... that dosent work o_O

It's just a shame because there were a lot more sites that were awesome and have disappeared. D: I wish sites on the internet could stay up forever!

I know! It is so tragic when they disappear. I have tried to contact the owner of usagiandmamoru.com but to no avail. :/ It makes me so sad that that site has gone down.

This forum is my favorite SM website!

I like Sailor Moon Uncensored because they introduced me to the Japanese version of Sailor Moon before I could find the episodes. I was in shocked when I read about the English dubs. XD

I then like website where a girl draws chibi comics? I can't remember the website's name.

Oh, I had so many back in the day, around 2001ish. I loved SMU! I'm shocked it's still up. xD I'll have to dig, but there's this one site that would inform you the differences of the English dub and the original...that's how I found out! I don't even know if it exists anymore.

YES, Castle in the Sky!!! Thank you! That was another of my favourite places to go to.

THAT WAS THE FIRST SITE THAT I KNEW OF! It was like gold to me. That and usagiandmamoru.com, may it rest in peace.

Who remembers the first real online store for SM? For years it was still up despite 95% of the product was sold out. xD
