Name of Storyline: Darkness Rising

Plot Summary: Two years after chaos was defeated. Chaos returns with a new plot to destroy the sailor senshi. Collecting resurrected villans from their past, Chaos plans to make an army. Every villain, believing themselves to be superior tries to take control of the group. 


This is just the basic idea I have this far. I thought it could be funny having the villans try and work together. They could all be trying to one up each other or make mistakes trying to work together.
