Character Name: Yuki Tennon
Gender: Female
Age: Assuming in early 20's
Character Image: Yuki has pale skin and stands below 5 foot; at around 4'8. She weighs around 128 lbs and would usually wear a black skirt and has a black and white uniform shirt. She has a snow flake pin on the right side of her chest while wearing white pantyhose. She also has 5 inches long worth of straight, sky blue hair that makes her different from the rest of her agents.
Personality Traits: Unlike her other comrades; she is more cheerful, bouncing all over the place. However, she isn't the best at hurling ideas. She is sadistic, loving the way how blood fly when she uses her ice-like sais. She does pout when nothing goes her way.
Storyline Specific Information: Yuki was one of the first agents from the Black Ops group that Cerberus would encounter. She was in command of few human created monsters that she used for plans that would require to get energy from humans. Either from scamming people for free work outs, or trying to get people to get gas from a very cheap gas station, she'll do it all to please Zion. She's also in charge to watch Sailor Iron Mouse; to make sure her plans stay in motion without much interference.
Additional Information: Thanks to some captured magic that the group has, she can summon ice from her hands in small bursts. She can use it to make sai-like weapons made from ice, snow balls, ice spikes and ice walls.

"Oh come on, come on, please! I want a shot at this!" Yuki exclaimed, smiling. "It's been a while since I called the shots!"
"Cause the last time you called the shots, your group killed...I don't know, 2 people and a squirrel?" Ares asked in remark.
"And when did friendly fire became a thing for you?" She asked in a mocking-like manner, crossing her arms. "You're just a butt head. I put a spike on my man here, didn't I?" she smiled, gently picking up the deceased agent and held his head to flap his lips. "Yes you did, Yuki, you're number 1!~" she mocked the man's accent.
"You're an idiot." Ares replied, rubbing his arms.
"Enough." Zion said on the other end of the table. "We all have much in stake. Yuki has still shown her usefulness. Mr. Carter, on the other hand-" He explained, his hand showing the dead body that was on the ground. "...Has not. We will get this Cerberus, we will get this energy, and Yuki will lead, for now. No more debate." He calmly instated.
"Yay!~" she grinned, jumping around like a jumping bean.
