Advanced Civilian Profile

Character Name: Princess Minu (Minu is Persian for “heaven” or “paradise”)
Gender: Female
Age and Date of Birth: 15 / March 21st

Used Canons: Manga

Appearance:
Standing at 180 cm, Minu is sure to stand out among other girls her age. As it is usual in her planet, her skin has a rich, dark tawny colour, with copper undertones, and exhibits fluorescence after exposure to radiant energy. Her long, dark, golden brown hair is almost always kept in two braids, one at each side of her head, that reach past her waist.
Her most remarkable feature, however, are her eyes. Big, almond-shaped and enmarked by long and thick eyelashes, they really stand out in her face, as she presents complete heterochromia. Taking after each of her fathers, her right eye has a bright golden colour while her left eye is of a  vibrant green hue.
Her usual attire consists of beautifully embroidered tights, skirts split in the front and long-sleeved tunics worn over a blouse. Outdoors, she wears a long headscarf and calf-high soft boots. She also owns a more formal costume that consists of a long, embroidered gown, an over tunic,  a complicated headdress and lots of coloured cloth flapping everywhere, so she's glad to have left it in Hvar.
No matter what she wears, however, she always dons the Girdle of Hvar, a jeweled belt, passed down through the generations, that symbolises the royal family of her planet.

Personality
Minu is an extremely caring and gentle individual, wanting to do what she can to better things for her people. She is always worrying about the people on her planet, her friends, her family, and the guardian senshi of her system. She is very diligent in her studies, wanting to learn everything she needs to be able to do the best she can for her planet. She tends to pick things up easily, thought she has been known to goof off and have fun from time to time. One of her biggest weaknesses is that she can be very impatient at times, especially when it comes to things she already knows, or thinks she knows.

Any Unique Abilities/Skills:
*Minu has abilities similar to those of a healer, but instead of using her energy to repair the damage, she channels it into an aura that wards off harm and disease and revitalizes the target, filling it with peace and contentment. This works better on small wounds - ones of larger scale can't really be healed by her. She is great at providing pain management and preventing infection for bigger injuries.
*Due to the particular environment of Hvar, Minu is naturally resistant to heat, electric currents and many kinds of nocive radiation.

History:
Hvar is the biggest planet that orbits Asman, a highly active neutron Star. Constantly bombarded by ionizing radiation and stellar wind, and practically devoid of visible light, life should not have been able to develop there, let alone an advanced civilization. But, of course, it did.
Energized by the emissions of its parent star, Hvar's thick atmosphere glows green and golden, almost as bright as a star. Under this luminescent sky was that life first bloomed in the Asman System. With time, a race of humanoids appeared on Hvar, and they quickly flourished into a thriving and sophisticated civilization, deeply connected to their planet's wellbeing, as they had been thought by its guardian priest, Mitra.
This peace, however, was not meant to last. Evil had found its way into this haven, and soon war and crime and profane rituals spread around the globe. Priest Mitra and his surviving followers were forced to retreat to the Holy Lands of Garo-Demana.
It was in this era of Chaos and despair that the warrior known as Sailor Hvar first rose to confront it. Marked by a pair of Golden eyes as they had never been seen on an Hvarian, this warrior maiden fought bravely to stop conflict and restore the lost prosperity. Upon reaching age 16, she was able to fully access the poder of the Khshaeta Crystal, and used its holy radiance to drive evil out of Hvar and out of the hearts of its inhabitants.
Together with priest Mitra, she built the Cloud City of Thwasha, and became the first Queen of the Radiant Nation of Hvar. Under her rule, a new era of bliss began. The arts and science thrived and, helped by the understanding of travelling through Garo-Demana, Hvarians started to become a spacefaring civilization. As they were colonized, The Queen reached towards the four closest planets with her powers, awakening their Guardian Senshi, who became her personal guard and the Governors of the first Hvarian Planetary Provinces.
And so the hierarchy of the Hvarian Nation as we know it was established, as well as its royal family. Throughout the generations, the numerous instances of Sailor Hvar were directly related to the Royal Family, either by birth, or through marriage or adoption; and whenever the golden-eyed maiden was reborn, she always occupied the Throne of Hvar.

[Familial History]
Hvar had went through many generations of prosperous rulers when the royal family experimented an unexpected event that would change it forever. From the Queen, a golden-eyed child was born; but instead of rejoicing at the birth of their saviour, the city of Thwasha felt confusion; for the newborn was not a girl but a boy, and such thing had never happened before. Seers and magi from all over the system were unsure about the meaning of this omen, and in the end it was Priest Mitra and his attendants who gave the answer: the child was destined to become the king most closely connected to the planet and father the next Sailor Hvar.
After the naming ceremony, Mitra retired deep into Garo-Demana to meditate and interpret the will of the planet until the prince turned sixteen. In the meantime, the life of Khorshid—as he was named—was going to be devoted to his designed fate. From a short age he was educated in any subject he'd need as a ruler, from state matters to mathematics, history, languages, science and even the arts. As the future defender of the world, he was assigned the finest instructors of the different styles of combat. He had to visit many important cities, even off planet, to familiarize himself with their rulers and customs, and soon he was taught how to control every means of transportation. And due to the power that resided inside him, a whole court of Dasturs (high priests) was assembled to supervise his mystical training, in addition to the Daena (personal spiritual guide) sent from Garo-Demana by Mitra himself.
While his parents and caretakers always showed him affection and attention, it was a busy life for such a young boy. So many activities and responsibilities left little time for games and friends of his age, who were limited to the children. Despite meeting so many people everyday, Khorshid always felt alone and distanced from them. He didn't even have siblings, for his parents had decided to focus all of their efforts on realizing his fate. As he grew into a young man, he became even more stressed as he fully realized the burden that had been put upon his shoulders and how it affected the way people treated him. Even with the support of his few friends, he felt trapped by the thousands of millions of lives that had expectations on each of his actions.
When he turned sixteen, Khorshid was sent away from Thwasha and into Garo-Demana, where he'd study under Priest Mitra to deepen his mystical knowledge and learn to "listen to the voice of the planet". The prince couldn't care less. To him, it was an opportunity to escape from the pressure from his parents, his tutors, the court, the city and basically the whole planet. Oh yeah, and the colonies.
Garo-Demana was nothing like those places. The Holy Lands of the planet were a gorgeous haven full of serenity. There were creatures and vegetation unlike anything he ever saw in the cities, and its inhabitants' only worries lied on each other's and the planet's safety and wellbeing. Khorshid could have abandoned the courtly life completely and lived the rest of his life there peacefully, had it not been for the priest.
Saying their relationship didn't start on the best terms would be an understatement. Khorshid, even if he tried to hide it, had nursed a deep resentment towards the Priest ever since he was old enough to understand that the hardships of his life were a consequence of the words this man had spoken over the crib of a newborn before retiring to this beautiful place. Mitra, for his part, had spent sixteen years linked to the planet itself, experiencing every being's suffering and telling himself  that the good that would come from sealing the fate of an innocent child was enough to outweigh the guilt. Their first meeting is jokingly said to have caused a cloudspout that lasted three days.
However, as the priest's lessons progressed and the prince's knowledge about the planet grew, so did their understanding about each other. Despite first thinking of him as a cold and merciless soothsayer up in his emerald tower, Khorshid soon discovered the priest was a lonely man, capable of great kindness and compassion, but unable to exercise it due to the bindings that duty and age had imposed on him. And Mitra quickly forsook the image of the spoilt and uncaring courtly brat to replace it with the true Prince: a troubled young man who was granted with too much responsibilities for his age and no one with whom to share his grief and doubts. With this new sympathy for each other, the pair decided to reconcile their differences and become friends.
With each turn Hvar made around its star, their bond strengthened and deepened, as a wellbush taking root. Their friendship soon became famed, and it was said that on Hvar there weren't and never had been two companions as loyal and devoted to each other as them, except perhaps the First Queen and King. Even after Khorshid's education was complete and he was the fully-fledged Crown Prince of Hvar, he made use of as many of his waking hours as his obligations allowed him to visit the sacred homeland of his friend. As for Mitra, in spite of his duties as the Planetary Priest, he found himself spending more and more time at the floating palace the prince called home. The two men kept being drawn to the other, and it wasn't long before they found love's warm embrace in each others' arms.
However, they both knew these newfound kind of bliss was fated to meet its end soon. After all, Khorshid was meant to sire the child who would become Sailor Hvar, and already noble families all over the Asman System had arranged meetings with their daughters, eager to enter the Royal Family and have their descendants on the throne. Mitra had never regret sealing the fate of the Prince more than he did at the moment of the realization.
At first they tried to stay away from each other and let the passion cool with time, but their efforts were fruitless, for their feelings were too strong already. And so they decided to fight: They showed up together at all festivities, they sang songs and danced dances only meant for couples; and whenever Khorshid was called to meet one of his suitresses, Mitra was there. The message was clear: they were not going to be pulled apart.
But their resistance wasn't enough. The royal council put pressure into the Prince, reminding him of his duties and of the fate that would befall the kingdom should its guardian not be born. Mitra's disciples refused their support, arguing that he shouldn't go against the fate he so clearly had interpreted. This only became worse as the Sailor Senshi of the Four Planetary Colonies manifested, which many took as sign of the birth of Sailor Hvar. And then, tragedy struck.

[Personal history]
Minu is the beloved princess of her own planet, Hvar. When she comes of age, she is destined to inherit the power of her ancestors and bring peace to her world. However, an uprising has caused a war to break out before the time for Minu to reach her full potential has come. The guardian senshi of her system sent her to the planet known as Earth, where it is said the most powerful senshi live, hoping to hide her there until the time is right for Minu to return. Upon arriving, she was welcomed by the princess of the planet and her bodyguards, who escorted her to Crystal Tokyo and granted her audience with Neo Queen Serenity, who agreed to hide her and accommodated her in the palace. While hiding, Minu is always worrying about the state of her planet, wanting to know if everyone is alright.

Other Noteworthy Facts: Her birthday coincides with the spring equinox, which opens the year according to the Persian calendar
