Surprised no one has posted it here but I've been keeping an eye out on this zine for quite some time. The previews of some of the artwork I've seen is really gorgeous!  I ended up pre-ordering it. I just couldn't help myself. XD Anyone else getting it?

I saw this back when it was initially calling for artists. It says it's for-profit which surprised me.

I think the for profit is so the creators (artists/fanfic writers) can get paid for submitting their works?

Edit: just double checked their FAQ. It is so contributors can be compensated.

All contributors will receive a free digital and physical copy of the zine. Everyone will also receive any merch that will be created for the zine if profits allow. After pre-orders close and all orders have been shipped out, contributors will also receive an equally distributed portion of the profit. The amount paid to each artist may also vary depending on the amount of work they contributed to the zine. For example, if an artist submits 2 art pieces for the zine, they will be paid more than someone who only contributed 1 piece.
