Plot Summary
During a lengthy court session, an unfamiliar sailor soldier suddenly materializes into existence. Her sudden presence and foreign appearance are enough to cause a mild panic and evacuation of the court halls; while her heart and intentions are absent of malice, the chaotic spontaneity of Sailor Nocturnus's arrival is initially perceived to be a threat to society.

As a new recruit within the Tokyo Metropolitan Police, Jasper Franklin has been assigned to investigate this mysterious occurance. Using the powers of her Asturlab, Nocturnus is able to evade Jasper for a time until she realizes his identity as Shadow, the man in black who helped her fight the covetous Collector and free Crystal Tokyo's court from his clutches.

Unfortunately, Jasper does not recognize her at all. The magic of the Asturlab has not only transported Sailor Nocturnus through space, but also through time. To make matters worse, the enemy who prompted the young senshi to flee to this era hasn't exactly given up the chase.

Note: I have not yet decided on whether to make this RP relaxed or advanced, but I am giving consideration to both. I am also considering allowing additional players (up to 3) to join with otaku characters.

Nocturnus's pursuer will receive a fully fleshed Advanced profile before making an appearance in story.

To start off the discussion, I have a few questions to raise.

What exactly would cause Nocturnus's Asturlab to temporarily strand her in modern Tokyo? Could it be temporarily damaged or otherwise suffer an adverse reaction to the kind of magic being wielded by Sarastro's forces?

I briefly also thought about how Nocturnus would get along in a city with a high standard of living, though that's not terribly important to the story itself. Who would refuse charity to such an adorable girl?
