Storyline Name: A Single Star

Plot Summary: After the events of Sailor Stars, the Senshi have been given a moment to breath, free of the normal flow of evil that attacked Japan relentlessly. But not even a year later, Seiya returns with an ominous message, and a threat of attack from an alternate dimension in which Galaxia is still a tyrant of the Universe.
"I will destroy the Cosmos." This is what Seiya warns, prompting the Senshi to spring into action once again.
Details on any necessary information: This will be based off of the Manga, so Seiya will be female, in Senshi form AND civilian form. The Outer Senshi will be playable, if anyone wants to. Pluto and Saturn may be especially helpful.
Restrictions: No other Starlights, Seiya only.
