Storyline Name:Friend or Foe? A mysterious girl appears!

Plot Summary:An odd girl has appeared in the middle of crystal tokyo and has caused a bit of a ruckus. Neo Queen serenity has sent a group of senshi to keep an eye on her within the saftey of the castle walls. This doesn't seem to know very much about the world around her; and doesn't even talk! Where did she come from? Who is she? Is she an enemy, or an ally?
Details on any necessary information: Her name will be Tack, once her first spoken word is said.
Restrictions: Minimum of two players, maximum of five players are allowed; canon and otaku are allowed and must post at least once every two weeks to keep the story going.
