| Welcome to the first ever Galaxy Cauldron Sudoku Contest! Sudoku is an addictive number puzzle game, that surprisingly doesn't involve any math! The object of the game is that the player is supposed to fill to fill a 9×9 grid with numbers so that each column, row, and the nine 3×3 subgrids (aka the fancy term for the boxes within the big box) that compose the puzzle has all numbers from 1 to 9 in them. Here is an example of a blank sudoku puzzle as well as it's answer sheet to better visualize how the puzzle is to be successfully completed. *Note; this is not a card that will be given out during the game* Sounds fun and challenging, right? And don't worry-all cards will be beginner level only! To play, members must sign up by Thursday, July 19th. Cards will be sent out by the next day, July 17th-and no two cards will be the same, as to prevent cheating. I will have answer keys to each card as well. First, Second, and Third place signature prizes will be given out in order of who correctly completes their sudoku card by the end of the anniversary, August 1st. Everyone who signs up will get this bumper made by me! | I didn't want anyone posting their cards in the threads-but considering that I didn't specify that in the rules and each card is different I've changed my mind. Go ahead and post your finished cards here if you're confident enough that you did it correctly! I plan on checking the answers of the ones sent to me tomorrow! |
