Endymion by John Keats Welcome, Guardians and Sailors, to Galaxy Cauldron's Fifth Anniversary's Poetry Contest! With so many aspiring writers in this forum, I could think of no other way than to showcase the literary talents of our forum members through a poetry contest! Art such as this takes time, and thus you all have some time to prepare a poem and perfect it. Whilst poetry is a free art of expression, themes will be set for you guys to focus on, however the main theme will be LOVE! Sailor Moon is all about love! Here are some of the categories you can all choose from:  MOONLIGHT LEGEND AGAPE love, also known as love that goes beyond time and space. This category focuses on love that exhibits the highest form of love. It is an unconditional love that transcends, regardless of the circumstances- be it death, or distance, or time.  ETERNAL ETERNITY  EROS love, the type of love that's so passionate and intense that it arouses romantic feelings. This can focus on numerous romances in Sailor Moon- as long as passion is strongly shown between their love, rather than simple flings and forgettable romance's.  MOON PRIDE STORGE love, a kind of friendship love. This is merely the exhibition of love between friends, so it can be several characters the show subtle hints of close friendship or deep friendship. It can also focus on romance, but it should be focusing more on the friendship aspect.  ETERNAL MELODY PHILEO love, an affectionate, warm, and tender platonic love. This is a strong bond existing between two people, whilst at the same time showing no romantic interest- but merely a love that goes beyond friendship. - EXAMPLE wrote:

PRIZES Only one or two winners will be chosen from each category, therefore these bumpers are super rare, so do your best! These are bumpers created by Gemma, thus they are absolutely beautiful: DEADLINE FOR THIS COMPETITION WILL BE ON 25th of July!

It would be preferable if they were to focus on Sailor Moon, but they can apply to anything as well, as long as they apply to the core themes of each song. |
