According to moonkitty.net, it is already March 7th in Japan. Therefore, I would like to say HAPPY 20TH ANNIVERSARY SAILOR MOON! Woo! Yeah! How are you guys celebrating? I'm celebrating by watching an episode every night of sailor moon and not stopping til I reach 200. Also, I have a huge contest going on and information about it will be released tonight. I will share it later for those that are interested. Not to mention I am going to celebrate it at Manga Club tomorrow. This show has always been an inspiration to me and I will love it til the day I die. What does Sailor Moon mean to you? What do you hope happens for the anniversary?I am kinda hoping for a redub or something! Maybe replay the english dub on cartoon network or something. While I am not a fan of the English dub, I would love to see it happen! It would also be great if Sailor Moon came out on bluray but that is just a dream. Yay! xD

Omg sailor moons birth is on my wedding anniversary! That's so awesome! I am watching sm supers. I will also be married three years to my hubby tomorrow. He's going to buy me sm stuff for our anniversary! Lol

Who would like to help me create a 20th anniversary sailormoon website. There are alot of sites that have been abandoned over the years, and I don't agree with that, I would never leave something that I worked so hard to create to rot, even if I become 50 .

The Site would be huge with over 3000 images, web graphics, character shrines, fanart, fanfics,games, encyclopedia,information (about the anime around the world, the manga, the musicals ), Links to sm sites that are still being updated, Where to buy sailormoon products, chat room, and forum and any other ideas I can think of.

You don't need any experience at web designing, im just looking for people who would be willing to help write up the information needed and to choose the pictures used for layouts. I'm even not experienced at web designing, but I did design this site with a site building. I'm currently trying to learn HTML.

That sounds awesome! I could possibly help when I get my computer fixed.... I was trying to put together a comprehensive gallery on all of the manga panels where a character appears- I have started with Sailor Saturn/Hotaru. I would be willing to complete the project for you, and maybe help out with some other things!!!

As for me, I am working onwards to complete the first official trailer for Strings of Fate. There to be at least three illustrations in this trailer and since the crew is still very small, I'm pretty much doing the work. Regardless though, I see creating a fanseason to Sailor Moon as my homage to the series itself as it really has set me on the path of where I am today. I may also put out the next chapter of Strings of Fate in story form tomorrow (since I plan to write to where the first episode will end ^^).

As for what Sailor Moon means to me, it means a lot. I litterally have Sailor Moon to thank for bringing me into the magical girl genre to where I actually incorporate these ideas into my stories and artwork (although it may not be identical). Without it, I don't think I'd be doing the things I draw today as much without the series' influence. Without a doubt, I will probably be a Sailor Moon fan for the rest of my life.

Some things I would love to see come of the anniversary is:

• A Blu-ray edition of Sailor Moon
• Sailor Moon character Nendoroids and Figmas
• A redub - Now don't get me wrong. I actually liked the dub until S and SuperS but I would like to see a more updated, consistent script.

Yes just like when Naoko redid the entire manga art or touched it up anyway. I think a new line of dolls and plushies would be good too.

Hooray for 20 years of the Sailor Moon anime! The manga had its 20 years celebration last year if I remember correctly??

Also, what better way to celebrate the anniversary than by putting all of my SM music on shuffle in Winamp, solving the Sailor Moon day puzzles and word search, and well...working on a caption contest award after that. XD
